"SIRIUS I AM NOT GOING TO DO ALL OF THIS FOR YOU," Remus sighed as he changed their daughter's diaper for the third time that morning. Sirius seemed to be a germaphobe and was not willingly changing a diaper anytime soon.
Sirius plugged his nose, "But it smells awful! I am going to die to early from contracting diseases, Rem! My beautiful face can't go to waste!" Remus sighed and rolled his eyes at his husband's dramatics, but smiling, nonetheless. Besides dirty diapers, Sirius loved his daughter with all his heart and was always stealing her from Remus whenever possible.
Blair Aquila Lupin-Black was alive illegally along with her older brother, Cohen Pavo Lupin-Black. Their birth was made possible when St. Mungos made it possible for same-sex babies to be made through DNA testing machines. The fetus stayed in a machine for nine months after using Wizard's DNA. However, the ministry thought against this new invention, saying it was unlawful. They quickly banned all machines, killing all babies made from it, even the ones that had been alive already.
Except for two.
Blair and Cohen survived which meant that Remus and Sirius had to keep their lives somewhat secret, to prevent any questioning. Seeing as they would be considered a weapon to anyone around. After months of hiding, however, they got caught. In their ministry case, the ministry had agreed to not send all four members of the family to Azkaban. This was because Dumbledore himself had backed up Sirius and Remus.
Today was Blair Lupin-Black's first birthday. October 31st, 1981.
Once Remus changed her diaper, Sirius scooped the baby into his arms, already having two-year-old Cohen on his shoulders. "My little Marauder! I can't believe you are already one year old!"
"I don't want to leave her on her birthday." Sirius kissed the girl's forehead, brushing her dirty blonde curls out of her face. The child had lots of hair for a one-year-old.
Remus smiled softly at the two, "Me either. But you know we had her party already. And Lily would kill us if we didn't go out on our anniversary."
"Alright. But only for tonight." Sirius smiled, tickling the baby who giggled loudly. "Marlene is still on board with watching Cohen, right?"
"100%." Remus replied, "Marlene is always the first to suggest watching them whenever we need it."

The Lupin-Black family arrived at the Potter Manor. Upon seeing his best friends arrive, a young James Potter opened the door excitedly, scooping his goddaughter into his arms.
"Baby Moonfoot!" He squealed, twirling the girl.
Sirius gasped, offended. "You just ditched me for my daughter, Prongs."
