"-this is why I told you to stay with your teammates during lunch" haru dragged isagi by the ear.
"ouch!- let go!" he squirmed around as his older brother forcibly threw him out.
haru was accompanied by another third year - itoshi sae - to be exact.
sae and y/n both stared at each other for a few minutes. y/n finally laughed, not able to contain herself under her upperclassmen's stare.
he let out a soft chuckle as he closed the closet.
"are you... yoichi's girlfriend?" sae hesitantly asked. though, the answer seemed obvious, he and haruka and seen them almost kiss.
y/n didn't see why she shouldn't tell him the truth. after all, isagi only wanted to impress his teammates.
"well... it's really complicated.. but um, we're not an actual couple..." she finally confessed "don't tell anybody tho!" she quickly added.
he looked surprised, then laughed faintly. sae had many questions flow into his mind on how the heck that would happen, but decided to not press on the topic more.
"i see, really complicated..." he sarcastically pointed out. y/n rolled her eyes at his antics.
she stared into his eyes for a few second, only to be lost in them. their color was something she hadn't seen anywhere, it was pretty rare. they were really pretty, she could stare into them for hours.
"you... remind me of someone, do you have any siblings here?"
"yeah, rin itoshi, he's in the same team as your little boyfriend" he snickered.
"h-hey!" she pouted at his remark, in which sae found pretty cute.
"what about you? any sports?" she leaned in with a smirk plastered on her face as he sat on a chair nearby.
"i play football too, just not with our school, i play with an actual club.." he felt his heart make turns, she was way too close to him.
"wow thats impressive! i hardly know any u-17 clubs in our prefecture, so...-"
"oh, i play with shibuya fc."
her eyes widened and she covered her mouth in shock "y-you play with professional clubs?!"
sae felt a confidence burst at her questions, he suddenly felt like impressing her. this feeling wasn't anywhere close to when he got interviewed or when fans asked for pictures.
"i'm the #1 striker in japanese football, actually." he quickly typed his name on a search engine to show her how much he was known in their country.
she stared at the luminous screen in awe, as she read the many article titles that talked about the boy.
