Gaining Trust and Weight

Sasuke's PoV-

Naruto has been on food tubes for days, did he finally start gaining weight? "Naruto!" I call to him. He comes up to me and sits next to me. "Yes?" He asks. He nose is red from how sensitive his skin is to the material of the tube, I peck his nose. His face starts to redden. "Let me see if you've gained weight." I say pulling his shirt up, he gulps and lays back. "I see some progress." I say. His face reddens even more. I scoff and kiss his stomach, I kiss every part of it, leaving marks here and there. His soft whimpers make me hard. "Naruto..." I say covering my face with my long hair. (author: emo). He gets up and holds my face. "I'm getting better, I can help you if you want me to." He says. I smile at him and kiss him. Our kiss turns into a make out session. Slowly there's some body touch. He gasps after I break the kiss. I take off his boxers. "Wait!" He says holding my hand. "Be gentle.." he mumbled. I look at him, " I don't know how to do that." I say looking at him, he holds my hand and holds a finger. "Insert this slowly." Damn, he's driving me insane. I put my finger in his mouth. He covers it with saliva. "Are you ready?" I ask.

Nobody's PoV-
Naruto nods while covering his face. He whimpers and moans as Sasuke puts his finger in. Two fingers are in, Naruto is a moaning mess. As he's about to put the third finger. Someone comes barging in, "Sasuke!" Itachi says panting. He sees Sasuke on the floor and Naruto under the sheet. "Ouch." Sasuke says, he goes up to Itachi. "What do you want?" Sasuke asks his brother. "Poor Naruto just started getting better, give him some space." He said wiping sweat off his face. Sasuke rolls his eyes and takes the sheets off, "we're gonna continue, if you wanna watch go ahead" Sasuke says kissing Naruto as he whimpers. "Ughhh" Itachi says closing the door. Sasuke goes back to kissing Naruto and fingering him, Naruto is a moaning mess. Sasuke is trying to hold back. His boxers about to burst. Sasuke rips off his boxers and positions Naruto, "are you rea-" Naruto cuts off Sasuke by kissing him and pushing him to lay down on the bed. He puts Sasuke's member by himself as he still kisses Sasuke deeply, moaning and tearing all the while.

Hours passed and they've been at it. Naruto falls to the sheets, "I'm so tired!" He says sighing. "I'm sorry I pushed you to do it." Sasuke says feeling guilty. "It's fine, at least you did it after I said yes." Sasuke and Naruto chuckle at Naruto's dark joke💀. Sasuke lays next to Naruto. He finds Naruto scars not healing. "Are these new?" He points to the cuts on his hand. Naruto quickly pulls away, "what do you mean, they just look new, but theyre old." He says turning around. Sasuke gets up and goes to Naruto's side. "Why?" His voice darkens. "I thought I was getting nicer, I thought our relationship would change, why are you doing this!" He says throwing a glass cup on the floor. A glass shard goes into Naruto's eyes, causing him to wince. Sasuke gasps and goes up to Naruto. Naruto pushes him away, "get off me you jerk- ouch!" His eyes gushing out blood. Sasuke quickly calls his personal doctor. "Come here now!" The doctor comes barging in quickly with Sasuke's mom, dad, and brother. They all gasp and have worried looks in their faces. Naruto is picked up by the doctor and is put away to the doctor's room. Sasuke waits there until sunrise.

It's morning, Sasuke didn't sleep a minute, worried about Naruto. "Mmgh" Naruto says getting up. He finds Sasuke sitting next to him, he scoffs looking to the other side. "Narut-" "to answer your question of yesterday, you shouldn't care, it's not your business, I do what want, when I want, and how I want, you should be thankful I'm still alive. I'm doing this for you, since I'm a lost cause. But what I do doesn't concern you." He says looking at Sasuke. He gets up and heads to the washroom. Sasuke follows him. "Stop following-" Naruto grunts as he's pushed to the wall. "Naruto. You shouldnt be this carefree about your life. You matter, you know." He says pinning Naruto to the wall. "I..." Sasuke says then sighs. "I love you.. Naruto." Naruto lifts up his head in shock. "..." He has no words, he never thought Sasuke would sound this serious saying this. "Sasuke, your confusing love and lust." Naruto says pushing Sasuke away, trying to deny what he just heard.
