It had been two months since Makoto had arrived in Edo with Kinshiro. Makoto was already four months into his pregnancy, but he couldn't help but feel a bit self-conscious about how his once perfectly toned abs had turned into a small ball of flesh.

Compared to other pregnancies, his baby bump was even smaller, which left him wondering if he was pregnant at all. His kimono had become too tight and uncomfortable, so he found himself wearing Kinshiro's kimonos more often since they were bigger and more comfortable.

As he stood in front of the body mirror, Makoto's long blue hair pulled back into a high ponytail, he admired his growing belly, rotating into different positions to get a better look.

Despite his initial insecurities, he couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement and love for the little life growing inside him.

No matter how much he ate or how much weight he gained, his baby bump didn't appear to be growing much. He smiled to himself as he gently rubbed it, wondering if the little one was even there.

Suddenly, he heard an amused chuckle from the door and looked up to see the green-haired Vigilante leaning against the frame with affectionate eyes.

“I came to invite you downstairs, but my, my, what a sight to behold!” Kinshiro said, moving towards his lover.

He laid his chin on Makoto's shoulder and wrapped his strong arm around Makoto's waist, pressing his chest against Makoto's back while lightly kissing the exposed skin of his loose kimono.

Makoto giggled uncontrollably as Kinshiro's fingers danced along his exposed stomach. Kinshiro's heart swelled with joy at the sound of his lover's laughter, and he nuzzled his neck affectionately.

Makoto couldn't help but feel overwhelmed with love and happiness, knowing that he had found someone who loved him and his growing family unconditionally.

“You know, I can't believe that we haven't had that much trouble yet,” Makoto said as he looked at the man through the mirror.

Kinshiro nodded, “My father has been giving me a hard time about it, though. He always wanted me to settle down with a woman and start a family, but instead, I fell in love with you.”

Makoto looked at him with concern,“Do you regret ending up with me?” Makoto asked, facing him fully and looking at him.

Kinshiro's eyes softened as he cupped Makoto's face in his hands and said, “Never. You and our baby are my family now, and I wouldn't want it any other way.”

“Good. If you regret it, don't worry,I will plunge my hand sword deep into your throat. In that way, you won't feel any regret." Makoto's lips curled into a smile, but Kinshiro could see that it didn't reach his eyes.

He couldn't understand why Makoto had become more possessive and angrier after becoming pregnant. Even his calm demeanour was now proportional to his anger, which scared the Vigilantes. The Vigilantes were terrified, and they took extra care not to upset him.

“Do you understand, Otto?” Makoto demanded.

Kinshiro knew from recent incidents that the only way to avoid any harm was to agree with everything his Daarin said, even if they were wrong.
