Chapter five - Guess who I just met!

Friday 04:29 in Miami

,,Hey Elise, I have so much to tell you, including who I met in the Plane and the pictures I made, of course, call me as soon as you hear this, cause I landed safe in Miami. See ya on Monday!" I send Elise that voice message.

So much happened in this flight, Elise would kill me, if I didn't tell her in time, that means, right after it happened.

I see Felix, Sophie and Danny walk together to a Taxi, earlier we talked about us not talking to each other first, so nobody thinks I am the unanimous racer for Audi. I take my own Taxi and try to call for Elise. I put my huge suitcase in the trunk of the taxi and then enter the back of the car, and right when I entered and looked to my right, I saw Charles! And Carlos.

 Charles and I just looked at each other, not saying a word. Us compared to Carlos, Carlos can't keep his mouth shut.

,,Charles move. Why are you not moving." Charles and I are keeping our awkward eye contact in tact.

Carlos then looks inside and sees me. I hear how he lets an, ohhh, out. That means he must know about what happened between me and Charles. I hope not my Story! I really had to change a lot in that story, cause I couldn't tell him I was a racer.

Something funny about this whole situation, the one in the plane, is, that I knew who Charles was, all along. But I didn't want to mention it, it could have made him feel unwell.

Carlos pushes Charles towards me, to make space for him in the back.

,,Mister, First drive to the woman's place and then to ours. So Amelia where do you wanna go?"

I can't keep my eyes off of Charles, but I have to.

,,The savoy hotel."

,,What!" Carlos practically yelled so loud, that the whole City must have heard us! ,,We need to get there too!"

I know why. Because every racer is going to that hotel, like me.

,,A coincidence, not Charles." He says.

Charles can't think straight anymore, he doesn't answer.

,,You are really funny, Carlos!" Carlos and I burst out in laughers, except for Charles, we are now at the lobby of the hotel.

,,Well I am really tired, so we'll see us then somewhere in the hotel. Good night."

,,Good night, Amelia! She is really sweet." I heard Carlos say as I walked away.

I go to a Lift, where Felix is in. 1 out of 100 situations. I join him in the Lift. As soon as the door closed, Felix confronted me about Charles.

,,Did you tell him something! Did you talk about F1! Anything that could ruin our plans!"  He started to get aggressive, kind of scaring me.

,,No, nothing! Really!" I try to defend myself, but it doesn't help, Felix doesn't believe me.

,,You are sharing a room with Sophie. She'll give you your key card. Sophie is waiting for you."

,,I don't know what room I'm in." I can't answer as loud as I want too.

,,423." He doesn't say anything else.
