Danielle pov-

I didn't understand what was going on, I thought we'd moved on from a couple days ago, it's almost been a week. Why is she doing this? We've been fine... normal.

"Stef hunny, I don't understand." My eyes searched her, watching as she got more worked up. Getting Amelia's attention and gesturing my head to the door she understood giving us the room to ourselves, I knew she wouldn't tell me if anyone was around.
Stefania: "I just need to think. I need to gather my thoughts about everything, my mind is errr everywhere and... errr..." she trailed off, her eyes darting from one place to the other i take my free hand cupping her cheek aware the physical touch calms her.

"It's okay, it's okay sweetheart, everyone needs that space sometimes. I must have made you feel so bad about it and I'm sorry if I did." I expressed knowing she wouldn't admit any of this. As we sat, her breathing evened out and she relaxed into my touch kissing the side of my hand. I moved to perch on the couch, wrapping my arms around her body whilst guiding her head to rest on my chest. I left a kiss to the top of her silky hair.

"I can drop you off, we can have dinner and then I'll go home if you want." I suggested but she shook her head 'no' against me, my eyebrows furrowed. This is not like stefania at all.

Stefania: "I'm not to hungry, I think I'm just gonna shower and sleep. Sorry." She apologised messing with the bottom of my top soothing herself as I let a hand run against her back.

"Okay, I'll drop you off and go straight home but please try and eat something. Even if it's just one of those pastries." My voice was gentle. She nodded against my boobs and once again the room fell silent.

There was a knock at the door, it widened a little leading the brunette to swiftly wipe at the active tears falling. I knew she felt bad. I continued the consoling movement on her back and started running my fingers through her knotted hair as Amelia started packing up her very few things.

"If you wait a minute sunshine, I can drop you off." I tell her as she smiled sadly in our direction.

Amelia: "No, it's okay thank you though." I nodded waving goodbye since she was walking to the door. Waving with a warm smile, she left. I blew her a kiss with my widest smile I relaxed back into the couch, again my fingers finding long brunette hair.

"I love you, so much, I know I suck at times and I know everything sucks right now but I'm here every step with you." Our eyes met as silent tears fell down her puffy olive complexion. Using my thumb, i gently brushed them away letting the emotion flow.

Nearing an hour later, we sat in a comfortable silence outside stefania's red door, she was staring into the abyss contemplating on whether to move or not. Our breaths filled the silence. Our hands were laced together, I sensed my Italian needed the consistent touch.

"Stefania are you sure you want to be alone tonight?" I questioned, concern wavering through my whispering voice. Wordlessly the watery eyed Italian turned her head to meet me, our eyes fixed to each other and her head moved with a sad nod, I sighed trying to rack my thoughts away from the concern radiating through me, I leaned in. Stefania reciprocated my movement closing the gap, our kiss lingered for several minutes before she once again pulled away when air become necessary.

"ti amo così tanto bambina.(I love you so much baby girl)" I nodded giving her hand a squeeze before she started to unbuckle herself and open the door, she turned as the door widened cracking it open, a draft washing through. Softly I grabbed her arm causing her to twist back to me.

"If you need me tonight, I'm a call away. No matter the time, okay? I love you to the moon and back."

She offered a smile and headed for her door, waiting until she slipped through I started to drive off. I turned up my playlist, finding my favourite songs to drive aimlessly to. I circled the block a few times before driving down the main road for set, it was quiet and dull as it was only lit with street lights. Lapping the street, I noticed something sprawled on the floor, when passing it again I slowed almost to a halt trying to come to any notion of what it could be. It moved. Finding the closest place to pull over I jogged back.
