The Third Wheel

Outside an airport on the outskirts of Tengu City, a young man pulls out a cellphone and makes a call. As he was waiting for someone to pick up on the other end, he felt like he was being watched. He looked around to see no one was there. As he was about to turn around, he saw what looked like a pair of horns pointing out behind a park bench, and it was shacking a bit.

James: Who is that?

Before James could find out who was behind the bench, he soon heard a car honk behind him.

Taxi driver: Hey kid, are you coming in or staying!

James: Sorry about that.

James soon headed towards the taxi after he was out of site. The horns soon began to move again, and suddenly, a little girl popped out behind the bench.

???: There he goes. Now, to find my sisters.

The little girl soon looked around and saw no one around. She then went towards a parking lot and went between two cars. She then touched one of the rearview mirrors and went inside. Inside one of the cars, a window rolled down, and a man looked at where the little girl was.

He soon pulled out a phone and made a call.

Jugo: This better be important.

???: What, no love for your little brother Jugo.

Jugo: Did you find him, Calin?

Calin: No, him and his demon escaped.

Jugo: I sent you to Rome to finish him, and you can't even do your job, right?!

Calin: Come down, I didn't just come and only bring you bad news. I also have some good news.

Jugo: This better be good news.

Calin: That demon back in America that we lost track of is here.

Jugo: Did you capture her.

Calin: Not yet. But if she's here, that means she'll look for the other two.

Jugo: Excellent. Go find Decker. He will give you an update on what's been going on.

Calin: Understood. But what of the others?

Jugo: They'll be here on their own time. Worry about right now.

Calin: Understood.

Calin soon hung up and soon looked at the girl behind him, who looked sad.

Calin: Looks like we finally get to fight my little pet.

???: Yes, sir.

Elsewhere

James soon made it to the condo that Y/N and Cody live. He soon grabbed his bags and paid the driver. As the driver left, James walked inside the building. He soon made it to the fourth floor and looked at the door that said 4K.

James: Guess I should meet them and get ready for our reunion.

James knocked on the door and waited for a response. He waited for a minute, and no one responded. James knocked again, but no one responded. As he was about to knock again, he soon saw the door open. James was then met with a red-headed girl in a maid's outfit and had horns and wings.

James(Mind): A cosplayer?

Dragreder: Hello! Can I help you?

James: I'm sorry I was looking for my friends. I thought they were living in this unit. I guess I got the wrong unit.

Dragreder: It's alright! Who are these friends you're looking for?

James: Well, one of their names is Cody L/N -.
