Seven year old Y/N L/N was just minding his own business. He was with his friend, his friends parents and his mom when it all happened.
Sal Fisher and Y/N L/N have been friends since they were just little baby boys, you couldn't even separate them.
It was all so fast, the dog, the gunshot, everything.
Sal's dad went off to go get something, you didn't know what though 'cause you were busy playing with your friend, Sal Fisher.
"Sally! Where are you?!" you yelled looking behind a tree for him. You guys were playing hide and seek and it was Sal's turn to hide, he always hid better than you so it would take you a while to find him while it usually only took around a few minutes to find you.
"Boo!" He yelled jumping at you, giggling alot. "Hey! Meanie!" you say pouting, he had scared you for a fact and he noticed. "I'm sorry N/N!" he said hugging you tightly. "its okay Sal," you say hugging him back.
"Honey c'mon! Get Sal, we're gonna go see the dog Sal wanted to see earlier!" your mom yells through the wooded area. "Okay mommy!" you yell, grabbing Sal's hand you start running to your mom and Sals parents.
"hey sweetheart," Diane says smiling at me and Sal. "Me and Y/N are gonna go wait by the trees till you guys are ready!" Sal says smiling, still holding my hand. "Okay honey be careful," Diane says to her son. "Be careful," my mom says putting some stuff in her basket.
Sal starts running to the trees grinning. "Sal I'm scared," I say looking up at all the trees. "It's okay I'll protect you if anything happens I promise!" Sal says smiling at me, he holds my hand tighter and I hear a gunshot.
I feel myself getting pushed out of the way and lose Sal's hand. "SAL! WHERE ARE YOU?!" I yell scared and then I see it. Sal's mom is laying on the ground, blood surrounding her and Sal...
"SAL!" I say running to him. His face is totally messed up and there's blood everywhere. A few moments later I feel something grab my hair harshly and something covers my mouth making me pass out.
