I woke up in bed and I looked around the room and saw Cindy getting ready

Good, your up, I didn't want to leave without saying bye. She said

Right, you have to go back to school. I said and got up

Yes and sadly you aren't in highschool anymore so you can't come with me. She said

I mean, I could volunteer to be a assistant teacher, but no kissing students. I said and kissed her

I'll see you after school. She said and kissed me

I thought I would be dating my highschool drop out girlfriend, not my goody two shoes girlfriend. I said wrapping my arms around her

You're the one teaching me to be nice. She said and kissed me

Okay. She said and kissed me then walked out the room

I laid back down to go to sleep

After a hour the doorbell rang

I groaned and got up and put on a shirt

I went downstairs and opened the door and I saw Crusher

Hey, bud, nice place you got here with your girlfriend. He said

Thanks man, what did you need cause I was sleeping. I said

What I need is for you to come back to work. He said

Uh, sure, if I get a raise. I said

I walked over to the kitchen to make some food

Cindy is back from school and she is sitting on the counter while I made dinner

We are at the place and we saw five guys robbing one guy who was a delivery driver

There they are. Courtney said

Open it! Hurry up! One of them yelled at the delivery driver

Five guys and dollar-sign masks? You needed all of us here for this? Cindy asked

Can you chill out for a minute, Yolanda? I asked

Hey. Someone is in trouble, okay? We don't have time for this. Courtney said and we were about to run over and stop the guys but then Artemis showed up in her suit

She started taking down the guys by herself

I looked at Cindy and saw her smiling

When Artemis took everyone out she got happy and jumped up and down

How's that for a tryout? She asked and ruffled the guy she saved hair

Then she started to run off

Artemis, one! Bad guys, zero! She yelled as she ran and I tried not to laugh

Wow, that was nice, I'll meet you guys at the pit stop. I said and grabbed Cindy by the waist and flew off

Come on. You think this is all just some coincidence? The Gambler shows up in Blue valley and it's gang a few miles outside of it? Rick asked as Cindy started slowly walking over

This should all be done in about an hour. Beth said

Cindy, just... Courtney said while trying to get Cindy to come back but she walked out

The JSA isn't gonna work if you let people like Cindy Burman on the team. Yolanda said

Screw Cindy Burman. Let's go after The Gambler. He's guilty. We all already know this. Court, sorry, but this little experiment where we hang out with supervillains, it's over. Rick said

I am flying to the address and when I got there I saw Courtney and the team

I landed and looked at them then we all heard a gun shot

Then we ran to where we heard it and we saw the gambler's RV torn apart and the gambler was on the ground dead and Cindy was standing over him

Oh, my gosh. Yolanda said Cindy had a gun in her hand then she looked at us

I didn't do it. She said
