Chapter 2 "Scarlet Sentinel "

Valencia's POV

The scarlet sentinel, she's one of a kind skilled in every martial art, she always carries a dagger with her but never a gun.

I've always wondered why.

We met when I was alerted by my people that the man we abducted was taken by her, I chose to handle her myself since I thought she wouldn't be that hard to kill.

But I thought wrong when I came face to face with her.

She had this red suit that fitted her curves perfectly and a mask that covers up her nose and mouth, her eyes are the only thing I could see, under the hood she wore.

She was stronger than she looked, her eyes full of fire when we were fighting, and every fist thrown at me was full of rage.

I could feel it she was as furious as me.

We fought for what felt like hours, then she managed to take me out.

I admit that made me furious not because she took the man I was going to torture but because she beat me, she beat me like it was nothing.

When I managed to get up they were gone. After that, I did everything to find out who that woman in red was but nothing came up except for her "name"

"Scarlet Sentinel... I'll get you next time."

My thoughts were interrupted by the sudden ringing of my phone.

I answered it. "Hoy Valencia labas tayo mamaya ah." An annoying voice said.

"Where to this time, Elle," I asked playing with the knife in my hand.

"You know, diyan lang, magpaparty ganun."

I really didn't want to go but something is urging me to go anyway.

"Fine, what time?" I asked

"Mmmm.." she thought for a second. "Mga 9:30 ganun."

"K, I'll meet you there," I said and ended the call not letting her speak again.

I got up from my seat and headed out of my office to my bedroom where I got ready.

It's currently 8:27 pm which gives me a lot of time to get ready.

I hope that whatever's urging me to go to that party will be good.
