Oliver's pov
It was a boring afternoon, but it was scorching hot. Never have i ever hated the weather more than i do now. I was wearing shorts and some tank top, this weather is far too warm for anything longer than what i'm wearing.
It didn't help when my parents warned me not to use the AC as it was leaky and under repair, guess i had to make do with the fan.
I could hear a car pull up in our drive way, i peeked through the window near my bed and saw my brother and a few of his friends approach the main door.
What really caught my eye, was how Noah was dressed.
He was wearing a tank top as well, which really showed off his muscles and shorts that tells you that man doesn't skip leg day.
I have always had a tiny crush...or maybe bigger (not the point)....on Noah. He was like the prince charming of my dreams, but nothing was gonna happen between us. In fact, i don't even think Noah is gay to began with.
I remember vividly, a guy confessing to Noah back in Uni, poor guy had the coldest response ever
Flashback
"I don't date MEN, they are not my type...bye" Was all he said before he turned and left the guy stunned.
Oliver overheard this, and gave Noah a nervous smile as he puts his arm around his shoulder.
"Your brother told me to bring you along, so let's move along baby bro" Noah tightened his grip and pulled Oliver along.
End of flashback
Just thinking about it gave Oliver chills.
'Well...that really crushed any hopes and dreams of being with him' Oliver thought.
Without warning, his room door burst opened and his brother tackled him onto the bed.
"YO IDIOT...DIDJA MISS ME BABY BRO??" Alex ruffled his brother's hair.
I forgot to mention, Alex just came back from a 2 weeks long vacation with his friends and girlfriend, and they just got down from the plane this afternoon.
"Yea whatever....get off you fatass!" Oliver pushed his brother off and he saw standing at the door was Noah.
"Hey baby bro...long time no see" Noah grinned at him.
Oliver gave a slight nod at him before pushing him brother off the bed.
Did i mention that Alex is an extremely loving and overprotective brother? He often views Oliver as a baby rather than a 19 year old boy, hence he continues to baby him.
"I bought souvenirss for the little one~" Ethan sing-songed, while walking into the room.
"OK EVERYONE OUT! NOW!" Oliver ordered pushing everyone but Noah out.
"Oh...am i special?" Noah smirked poking at Oliver's cheek.
"Fuck off..." Oliver replied before stomping to the living room.
Well...his heart was pounding loudly and it didn't help that Noah was right behind him. His face burned when he remembered the question Noah had asked him. 'Special...yea you're super special...' he thought to himself, of course not out loud.
"Oh...his here" Ethan announced when he spotted Oliver walking towards them.
"OLI!!! HOW ARE YOU? I MISSED YOU!!" Emma, Alex's girlfriend, ran to hug him
Its funny how Emma was younger than Oliver but she still treated him like a kid.
"I'm good, how about you? How was France?"
"It was amazing! Really romantic too" Emma said before handing Oliver a neatly wrapped gift.
The rest of the evening was spending giving and unwrapping gifts for Oliver...almost like it was an early christmas.
And of course the gift he anticipated and liked the most was from Noah, who gave him a brand new watch.
Since that day, Oliver has always worn that watch...which makes Noah feel proud.
