They go on set as usual, but they take their break together for the first time. They sit by the cold wall together.
Seokjin drinks cola through a straw even if it's an unhealthy beverage. Jungkook drinks some sort of tea the staff gave him to try. They simply rest until their next filming session.
But Seokjin is nuzzled into Jungkook as he sips his drink and its almost like nothing has changed from years ago- yet everything has changed. Everything except for Jungkook's love. Jungkook's love remains the same and it has for years now.
Maybe that's why its so easy to accept Jin back into his life, and thats why its so easy to trust him; because a part of him knew something was off with the way Seokjin left him back then, but he never questioned it because he was hurt and didnt want to ask. Didn't want to look like a clingy loser who's still obsessed with his ex.
But with the way Seokjin is treating him now, it feels so real. He can almost feel the amount of love and happiness seeping from Seokjin and it doesnt scare him, but it leaves him to wonder...
What are they really doing right now?
How can Seokjin be so calm, so peaceful as he snuggles into Jungkook and happily sips away at his drink? What exactly are they doing that allows them to be like this.. Like they used to be..?
