Chapter 3

Wooyoung introduced San to the older man and explained to him how the older man was able to talk some sense into him.
"I was just about to run home to you when you appeared out of nowhere" The boy laughed.

San couldn't thank the man enough for comforting his boyfriend "Mr. Hwang we wish to thank you for helping us see the most important thing"
Hyunjin smiled and nodded "no need to thank me my boy, I just know love is very precious"
As Wooyoung saw the two exchange words he had the greatest idea.
"Mr. Hwang how would you like to come to our apartment and join us for dinner ?"
The older gentlemen kindly accepted and with that they went their separate ways.

Next Day

"Sannie ! Did you pick up the pie !" Wooyoung has been scrambling around the kitchen for an hour and before that he was cleaning the house from top to bottom. Their distinguished guest was set to be there any minute.
San rushed to the table making sure everything was set up properly, placing the pie in a glass cake stand.
This would be their first time hosting as they've never were able to have company before which made the two boys excited. Wanting to make a good first impression.
They were finishing the last minute touches before they heard the doorbell ring.. "Sannie can you get the door" Wooyoung screamed from the kitchen.
San headed for the door and opened it to see the older man standing in the door way with wine and a housewarming gift, "ah Mr.Hwang ! It's so nice to see you ! Come in Come in !" San moved to the side as he grabbed the coat from the man and bowed to him.
Hyunjin made his way through the quaint little apartment and into the dining area where he sat.
Wooyoung sprinted out of the room "Mr. Hwang, I'm so glad you're here ! Can I get you anything to drink ?" Hyunjin held up the wine "I brought one of my best wines for us to drink" as he smiled.

Wooyoung and San barely met this man yesterday but it feels as if they've known each other for years, he was easy to talk to and he was so kind. The two boys wanted to thank him, without his words of wisdom who knows where the two lovers would be right now.

They had an amazing meal full of laughs and stories from the younger boys on their childhood, how they met, what are their plans for the future. The two lovers over shared so much information but they knew the older man didn't mind.
Hyunjin was not so much a talker but a listener, he listened as the boys went on and on about things from politics to questions for the elder which the man said the usual "back in my day" stories.
One thing lingered in Wooyoung's mind which he knew he couldn't say out loud. Throughout this whole talk the elder never mentioned if he was married or if he had children or what he did for work, he was very open to every other subject but nothing personal. The young boy wanted to ask but he felt it wasn't really his place to intrude on the man's life.

The night ended as hyunjin was kind enough to help the two clean and wash the dishes, even though hyunjin was older he was in good health and maintained a good physique.
"Mr. Hwang you really didn't have to stay and help but we both thank you so much" San exclaimed.
Hyunjin chuckled "it's really no issue, I thank you both for the wonderful meal.. I haven't had a great time like this in a while"
This statement tugged at Wooyoung heart strings, he would hate to think the older man was constantly alone. Hyunjin noticed the silence in the boy but didn't know the reason for it so before he left he thought he needed to host the two gentlemen as well.
"How about tomorrow you both come to my home, I'll host you" and with that comment the two young lovers eagerly nodded. "We would love to" they both exclaimed !
