After y/ns attempt, she was rushed to the hospital, and she definitely wasn't dead.

"Y/n.."

Bill murmured, stroking your hand with his thumb as he held it.

He watched you patiently, till he felt your grip tighten on his hand slightly, a tear falling down his cheek, smiling widely.

"I missed you"

He said, kneeling forward, leaving a soft kiss on your forehead.

"Why did you do it? I fucking loved you.. So so much"

He cried, his happy tears starting to form into sad ones, his smile dropping.

Was it his fault?

Why wouldn't you stay for him?

Why couldn't you just work it out?

He placed his head on your chest lightly, starting to cry heavily and loudly.

Tom, gustav and georg walked in s minute later.

"Geht es dir gut, Mann?"

Gustav asked, kneeling down next to him while Tom closed the door, being the last on in.

"W-was? "

He asked, starting to shake heavily.

" Was meinst du was?"

Georg asked, Gustav rubbing his back, trying to calm him down.

" Warum musste sie mich verlassen!?"

He yelled, pushing his arm off his back.

" Komm schon, Mann, denk nicht so... "

Tom said, sitting down next to georg on the other chairs.

" Sie hat dich geliebt, es war nicht deine oder ihre Schuld..."

He said, watching bill wipe his tears away.

Your eyes slightly started to open.

Bills head shot up almost immediately as he felt your hand tighten again.

"Y/n!? "

He yelled slightly, smiling.

"Bill.. "

You said tiredly, knowing it was him since you saw his big hair in your blurry vision.

"Yeah y/n, it's me"

He said, the rest also stating to smile.

"I love you"

You said, smiling softly at him.

"I-i love you too"

He said, a tear rolling down his cheek.

You noticed this.

You lifted your hand weakly to his cheek, wiping his tears.

"We all love you.. "
