After you've greeted your friend again, you notice the cause of all this mess on another side of the casino. You looked at the man from up and down noticing how well-dressed he was now, how his hair was fresh and how his face was cleaner than before. You'd say he wasn't even that dead-looking anymore. But it didn't change the fact that he threatened your friends as well as yourself. Who the fuck does it? For what reason would he bring you to their conflict?

- Are you sure it was a good card to pull off? Even though you've never seen me again? How come- no, just, how would you know if I'm dead? - you laughed at his stone-cold face.

- My love, I'd say it was the best card I've ever had. Considering how close you are to my friend, Quackity, I'd say it was one of the best choices ever made. - he shrugged awfully happy.

You took out your sword. Now it looked like a proper negotiation at Las Nevadas.

- You wanna have a little sparring here and now, big guy?

He could see all your emotions painted on your face and it was fascinating to say how much it affected him. Before meeting you again, his imagination of you was never angry at him. Quite the opposite - you were the accepting type, sticking around and fighting in his name. Nor against him like right now.

But before he could accept your offer, three of your friends stood up behind your back, making this side more intimidating. Three against one. Was it worth it? Revivebur just smiled and left off to his place. You didn't know until now that he lived pretty close to your feathery friend.

- Y/N, my man! I'm so glad, you're alright! I mean, hell, when did I see you last? - Quackity stepped closer to give you a light squeeze that you very much begin to hate considering how much force he always put into his hugs. - Are you okay? Where were you? Did you find any diamonds?

- Yeah, a few.

You took out the pieces from your backpack and gave some to your friends. Maybe it's not such a big deal knowing you have so much more in the ender chest. But you guess they knew about your additional supplies.

- I gotta go now, guys. I'm not that much of a softie to get killed, you know? I'd say I'm a God, immortal and mighty. - you joked. They laughed a bit awkwardly. - What? Like it's not funny? Ah, you just don't get my humour.

You said your goodbyes and went off to the forest nearby. Maybe it was a mistake, considering you don't remember a certain burger van being there. You got curious and a bit hungry looking at its direction. So you followed the path alone. Maybe you'll meet another pack of your friends there?

It looked new and you could smell smoke from a burned cigarette somewhere as if someone had been near a minute ago. Walking inside the van you saw a person smoking on the floor. You raised your eyebrow scanning Wilbur with your piercing eyes.

- You're smoking? - The question sounded so off but it was the most awkward silence that was ever between the two of you.

He shrugged. Weirdly, today this man was more silent than ever. However, you could swear his eyes were eating you out right now. Like a hungry beast. His neatly styled hair didn't help much, because you started to sweat.

- That's an idea here. I mean the burgers. I think that's... that's nice. I guess.

You circled the inferior a bit not hearing a single word as his response. It was very uncomfortable. Just his loud breathing. It made you want to run off from this place. Not really to be chased but...that's an idea. Although it was a mistake to befriend him, even subconsciously.

- I'll just go then...

- You're not bothering me, darling. I like your presence this way much more. - he claimed while getting up and hiding his hands in the pockets of his coat.

You looked behind you in the door frame relieved that he finally stopped this awful smell.

- What other kind of me do you know? It sounds weird, we met only twice.

- You're stuck in my head, love. It's really hard to get you off my thoughts.

You frowned, confused. His words made you feel something more than you could ever think of of this stinky old-ass man in front of you.

- You mean, I'm, like... Are you interested in me or something? - you asked with a conflicted mimic.

He smiled and chuckled a bit while walking closer to you. It made you take a step back. You've found yourself on a very small staircase with a man trying not to hit his head in the doorframe. He looked like he could fall on you any minute now. And it scared you a bit. I mean, he was pretty fucking big, wasn't he? So you took another step back.

Almost falling, you felt his hand on your waist.

- Are you alright, love? - he asked as if he cared for you more than you for your life.

- Yeah-yeah I'm fine. I think - you replied without a second thought, talking gibberish.

Your eyes just couldn't leave his. And the smell coming from his mouth was the only thing keeping your thoughts sane of this man.

You tried to push his hand away.

- I'm good. - you stated trying to sound confident.

He eventually let you be. But then you started missing his warmth. It took you off guard, to be honest.

- I'm glad. I don't know what I'd have to say to Quackity if something was about to happen here, haha!

He made the most adorable face you've ever seen. It was like you unlocked something in him to come back to this goofy side of his. It was fascinating. He wasn't evil, was he? Was he broken? And why did his smile remind you of Ghostbur? Surely they aren't the same person.

- Yeah. - Your eyes couldn't leave him even for a second.

Maybe it was something else that you wanted from him? His attention, his sweet-talking, his desire for you.

- Are you looking for something on my face, darling? Or are you admiring this piece of art?

You chuckled and looked away. Your cheeks started to burn from embarrassment. Again, you caught yourself thinking unholy thoughts about your friend's enemy. Even if you never really thought about him at all.

- What art? All I see is a walking corpse, dude. - You live in denial and you know it.

He laughed jumping off the little stairs and walking closer to you to see your stupid expression. It was also interesting to him. As you were previously so tough and intimidating, you were never the type of person to get shy or offensive.

- What? - you said frowning.

-Nothing. I'm surprised.

-Why?

- I've never met such beauty lying about her feelings. Tell me, love. Are you interested in me? - Dang, wasn't his son a fox or something?

You froze for a moment, unable to mutter a word. Why?

You should have said simply no.
