Chapter 1 : Side story

info : this side story is about chosen's whereabouts, and what happened in his POV. 

it was 3 am, chosen fell asleep on his desk while doing some paperwork. But it was not long until he awoke to the sound of an explosion, he instantly got up and looked out the window, he heard screams and a bunch of explosions.

he quickly alerted a guard and told him to alert the others, and protect the kingdom. he rushed out of his workspace and ran to dark's room, since it was the closest to his workspace. He barged in, and the sudden noise woke dark up. "whuh- huh?! chosen?! what are you-" , " listen, i need you and second to get out of the kingdom as quickly as possible, for all i know this kingdom is going to fall at anytime, and if you don't get out along with second in time, you'll be taken down with it." chosen said while quickly handing dark a cloak. "but- WHAT ABOUT YOU?! " , dark shouted at him, "ill stay behind, and fight for my kingdom, you and second need to get out of here as fast as you can, i don't know if we'll ever see each other again.. but please.. " chosen would start to tear up, "i-... but you better stay safe dipshit." dark replied, getting up from bed while putting on the cloak, they both go out of the room.

"ill see you soon, brother." chosen said, "you better come back alive you dumb fuck." dark replied with tears rolling down his face, and he ran off as quickly as he can to get second out of the kingdom. chosen then rushed to the front gates, and that's when he saw.. that man.

"so you're the new ruler to this kingdom? hah.. you look fucking pathetic." the man said while drawing out his sword, chosen to would wield his sword, and they both fought.

after a few minutes of fighting, the man managed to throw a bomb between then, and then appeared behind chosen, then knocked him out.

chosen woke up, in a dungeon, his hands cuffed with chains on the wall, and his legs chained onto the ground. "what in the.." , " i see you're awake. ^^" the man said, standing in front of him. " what do you want from me." chosen asked him, " i just wanted some sweet little revenge on your kingdom, that's all! ^^"  the man said, "who... who even are you?!" Chosen asked, ".. me? Oh how rude of me to not introduce myself, the name's Victim. The one you should have killed. " the man sad while glaring at chosen, " the one you should have killed? What does this guy mean? I feel like i recognize him.. but..i- " suddenly, victim kicked chosen in the head, and then took out a dagger, and grabs chosen's arm. "I know you have 2 little brothers, where did you hide them? If you dont tell me then ill slit your wrists every minute you dont tell me." Victim said, pointing the dagger cloe to his fore arm, "why.. why do you want them?!" , "oh, to capture them so they dont get in my way of my plan to build an empire." Victim responded, and then he'd slit chosen's fore arm. "Agh!-" , "tick tock, you better start speaking." , " i- i dont know where dark took second! I dont have the information you need!" , "oh? Well then, let's have some fun, shall we? "

"Screaming in agony...
He's bashing my legs...
The pain is unbearable..
The slits hes giving me all over my body...
My vision is going black..
I... oh alan... keep.. my boys.. safe.. under your.. protection.. please..
I... wish i could.. tell them-.. how much i.. love.. them..."

Chosen would pass out from all of the unbearable pain, victim laughed it off and just walked out of the dungeon.
