Chapter 2 : A place to call home

but anyways
 before we begin, id just like to say.. GO CHECK OUT @//Xx_Midnight_xX120'S STUFF!!! THEY INSPIRED ME TO MAKE THIS STUFF!!!!! Second woke up, it was 4 am, red and dark were already awake, "oh look who's finally awake! good morning prince!" red said, "come on, get up, we'll be leaving soon." dark said, giving second a piece of bread. the two on them sat beside second and explained the plan,
" so, we head to the kingdom of Kenzo to seek for help? How do we get there?" Red asked, "it's pretty close, so just follow me." Dark replied, after that second finished eating and got ready, then second finished getting ready, and they set off to go to the kingdom of Kenzo.

As they walked through the woods, everything was silent, second couldn't help but break the silence by asking a question; " so.. are we really the only ones left..? Like.. are the others really dead...??" Second asked while walking behind dark and red, "well, i hope not, just have some hope, don't give up yet." Red replied. "well what happened to chosen..??" second asked again, "he... don't know, but he better be alive." dark replied, second would let out a sigh and look down as he followed red and dark through the forest.

after a few minutes of walking, Red heard a sound, it came from above. it was as if something was following them, "did you guys hear that?" red asked, "hear what?" second said, "i don't know, but don't you feel like we're being followed?" , "now that you've mentioned it.." , "oh come on, it's probably your guys' wild imaginations. besides, we're halfway there you little fuck heads." dark said to the both of them, "jeez, who hurt you today??" red said jokingly, "... bitch nobody." dark replied, then after another few minutes of walking, something dropped down from the trees, it wasn't an apple... it was a bomb.

the three of them backed away, but were pushed away by the explosion of the bomb, and amidst the smoke, a figure dropped down from the trees.
"why hello there! where ya headed?" it was the voice of a girl. "wh-who are you?! what do you want from us?!" second said, "oh that doesn't matter! but how about you? what's YOUR name?" she said while getting another bomb from the pouch bag she had, "i-im second! now- what do you want from us?!" he said while getting into a defensive position, with dark and red also getting their stances ready behind second. "ohhh, you ask too many questions. you should just sit down and relax, as i explode your insides!" the girl said while charging at them and attacking them. Dark was able to push her away from them, but the girl had already dropped bombs around them, then they were thrown back by the explosions, red came running in with a log and hit the girl's head with it, knocking her out. "gah- you guys alright?" red said while helping second up, "who is the heck is she?" second asked, "don't know, but whoever she is, i don't think we should stay around and find out. come on, we're not that far away." dark said while getting up, and walked, with red and second following behind him.

a few minutes later, they arrive at the gates of Kenzo.

as they arrived at the gates, they were greeted by guards. "outsiders, what brings you to the kingdom of Kenzo?" one of the guards asked, "we're here to speak with the king about something urgent." dark said, "and who are you to claim that you are worthy of his majesty's presence?" the other guard asked, "i am prince Dark of the kingdom of Cassius, and i need to speak with the king, the matter is very urgent." dark said, clearly annoyed. "ah, prince Dark, we apologize for the inconvenience." the guard said before both of them opening the gates for the trio, the 3 of them then officially entered, the Kingdom of Kenzo.

as the trio made their way through the city, they were greeted by people left and right, "woahh.. so this is what the streets of Kenzo look like?" red said while looking around and waving back to the people. Second was excited because it meant he could see purple again after a long time. As they arrived to the castle doors, they were greeted by guards.
"Good morning, what brings you to the castle of the king?" One of the guards asked, "i am prince Dark from the kingdom of Cassius, i must talk to the king about something urgent. " dark replied, the guard nodded, and the trio was let into the castle. One of the maids greeted them, and escorted them to the king's throne room.

"Woaahh.. so this is what a castle looks like..??" Red said, admiring the hallways as they made their way to the king's throne room. Second couldn't help but think about chosen, he was worried, how is he doing? where is he? what happened to him? is he alright? so many questions were going through his mind. The trio arrived at the throne room, they kneeled down for before them, was The King.

The king stood up from his throne and spoke, " greetings, what an unexpected visit. What brings you here in Kenzo?" , " Your majesty, we come here in seek of shelter. " dark spoke, " Cassius was under a sudden attack, no one had enough time to evacuate, there were too many explosions and it was too chaotic, a-and no one knows who led the attack! " red spoke up, the king had a look of horror on his face, he was horrified because he has found out what happened to a neighboring country. "Oh my.. that sounds awful. Very well then, i shall let you stay as long as you need along with everything you need." The king said. "Thank you.. for your help.. " second said.

After that, the king dismissed them and ordered the maids to escort them to the guest bedrooms.

Time skip to when they arrive at their bedroom

Red ran into the room, filled with excitement, " WOAAHHH SO THIS IS OUR ROOM?? IT'S BIGGER THAN MY OWN HOUSE BACK HOME! " red said while running around the huge room, the room had 4 beds. "I'm gonna go out and take a walk around the castle, ill se you two later!" Second said while walking out of the room.

As he walked through the halls, he heard a faint sound of a violin playing. He walked around searching where the noise came from, then stumbled upon the origin of the noise, the ballroom? second approached the ballroom door, and quietly opened the door.

second entered the ballroom, the ballroom was huge, a golden chandelier on the ceiling, and the ceiling covered in beautiful paintings. Second was in awe of what he saw, for in the middle of the room, there stood purple, gracefully playing the violin. Every step he took, he moved with grace. And every time he played, he always played with passion.

A few minutes later, purple finishes playing the violin, and second proceeded to clap for him. That was when purple finally realized second had been watching him play the violin all along. " o-oh- second!!" Purple said excitedly, purple then ran to second and hugged him. "why are you here? and dont scare me like that ever again!" Purple said while squeezing second in his arms, "Ack- its nice to see you too- bud!-" second replied, purple let go of him and grabbed both of second's shoulders, "why are you here? Why such a sudden visit?" Purple asked. Second hesitated for a moment, but then he only told purple what he knew about the fall of Cassius. Purple looked at second with concern in his eyes, "o-oh.. im so sorry to hear that.." purple said while softening his grip on second's shoulders, "a-and chosen... i-i dont know where he is.. i just wish that he's alive and well... and.. not-.." second said while lowering his head, with a worried and terrified look on his face. Purple then pulled second into a warm embrace, giving him a sense of comfort.

"Hey, hey.. im.. im sure he's okay.. dont give up yet! If he was here right now i bet he'd tell you the same thing." Purple said while pulling away from the embrace, "i know.. im just.. really worried you know..?" Second replied to him, "then tell you what, let's go hang out in the garden to keep your mind off of everything." Purple said while grabbing second's hand and leading him to the garden.
