''Ma'am. These are the files you asked.''Her secretary Leilani handed over some files to her. The file consisted of different profiles of models. Her team has short listed profiles of some actors and actresses for her to choose one in each category for the next musical video. That's when she got a call. It was from Vihaan. She ignored it. Since today morning she is completely ignoring his calls and texts. She was pissed at him.
She continued looking through the profiles while suddenly her office door opened and someone barged in.
Prachi - Vihaan!
Vihaan - It's nice to meet you too.
He took a seat in front of her.
''What the hell? Who let you in?'' She asked angrily.
''Ma'am I am very sorry. I tried to stop him but he wouldn't list-''Her secretary Leilani stood near the door and rambled in fear. But Prachi stopped her by raising her hand and signaling her to stop.
''You can leave. I'll handle.''Prachi said.
''I'm sorry yaar.''He apologised.
''Your sorry won't change anything Vihaan.''Prachi said.
''I really didn't mean to call you. I don't even remember anything properly. All I remember is waking up with a massive headache.''He said and tension grew in the atmosphere.
''I tried to be happy for my champ Arav. But I couldn't put that facade the whole day. I landed up in the bar and started drinking.''He continued.
''What happened Vihaan? I'm gone for 3 years and suddenly your habits have changed. I know you are not a person who drinks until he loses his mind completely. Is something wrong?''She asked looking at him.
''Nothing much. I was having a bad day.''Vihaan said dismissively.
''How come? When did my company bore you? I was with you the whole day. So you've got a problem with me.''She said.
''It's not about you Prachi. I just don't feel like talking about it now.''He said sighing.
''If not now then when? I thought we don't keep secrets.'' Prachi said.
''I don't need to tell each and everything that happens in my life to you Prachi.''He raised his voice.
''Ok then fine. You don't need to. You can leave.''Prachi said with a 'I'm done' expression.
''Prachi I didn't mean it to come out like that. I'm Sorry.''Vihaan apologised again.
''It's okay. I have work to do. You can leave.''She said calmly. When he did not budge, ''I will talk to you later Vi.'' She said. Prachi was royally pissed. She didn't like how things are happening and all she wanted was to sort things out and fix her family.
She found it frustrating to look through the photos of different models. It was not her job. But since her sister Kiara is going to sing this song for the musical video she wanted it to be the best.
''I'll do this later in home.''She mumbled and started analyzing files for her next meeting. Her phone vibrated and started ringing. She took it to see the called ID. It was from an unknown number. She picked it up and spoke.
