Before actually creating your cover, you're definitely going to need these steps.

So as a few of you guys probably already know, you can obviously go to an image search engine to go seek and find something that is called a render.

Basically they're photo's of a logo/object or person without a background. It's pretty much like a sticker which is how I see it as.

Let's say you want a character from a TV show to put on the background image (cover) for your book.

Like for example, I type in "Scott McCall render" the images on the search engine will pop up and you will look through to find the desired render you like.

Once you found one, download it to your phone gallery or computer files.

{So I chose this one and as you see, there's no background. Well on wattpad it shows that the background is dark... Anyway, there shouldn't be any background except for Scott who's played by Tyler Posey}

4. From there you are going to choose your render and once you chose it, it's going to show up on your background. The bottom will show the editing tools such as opacity, eraser filter and the option to flip it vertically or horizontally.

5. Feel free to mess around with it for a bit so that you can be able to get the hang of it and pretty much get the idea. And the lock icon you see on your render? 🔒

You may tap or click on it so that you can be able to fit the render onto the cover until you feel that it's perfectly in place. Once you're done with that, tap or click on the check mark at the upper right corner when you're done with it.

You may fit in as many renders you like! 😄
