Personally this always adds a little taste to my covers.
1. Go tap or click to where it says "Effect"

2. Then you're going to tap or click on "Overlay"

3. Then swipe left to look for the overlay you want!

4. Tap or click on the overlay you want twice to fix up the opacity of the overlay.
5. Once you added and fixed up your overlay, tap or click on the check mark at the upper right corner.
*Take note you guys that the effects with the pink crown icon on it, you'd need to pay some sort of membership in order to get it. I'd recommend just sticking with the free effects if you can't afford to pay for a membership or just simply don't want to.
You guys can probably just go online to download an image to have as an overlay to add for your book cover on Polish, it won't cost you a single cent anyway 😂*
