3rd Person POV:
What present is the theater, full with students across the 3 years of high-school from the Advanced Nurturing homonymous one. However, despite the basic etiquette, everyone is soundly asleep. If not for one person to be not. He's our protagonist, Ayanokoji Kiyotaka, confused about his surroundings. Well, not really "confused", but rather intrigued.
You may be wondering: "What is intriguing in a theater full of unconsious students? He should call the police for such a commotion!" and such. But what if I tell you that he didn't care. Was he intrigued by something else? Pretty much...
Ayanokoji's POV:
Where am I? Oh, right, I remember. The school ordered students from all years to be in a theater. Within a campus, there is only one, the one at Keyaki mall. So, that is no surprise that everyone went here. But, the decorations are different. I'm sure of it... That's odd, to say the least.
Yes, I, like everyone else, was asleep for some time, but I don't exactly remember myself being a sleepwalker. That lefts two options, the first being ridiculous, but not too impossible:
1) The whole theater's decorations were replaced and/or changed and everyone just fell asleep. The chances of that are very slim, because it only happens when a big holiday is incoming, Christmas for an example.
2) All students were drugged and placed in a different cinema. But, why would someone do that? If that was him, he would just take me, right?(Don't take it as a narcissism)
There was also a place for teachers, at the back, to be exact. Hoshinomiya is sleeping soundly, while Chabashira isn't making any audible noises, besides breathing. Mashima and Sakagami aren't that different from D's sensei.
I shouldn't wake anyone up, in order to not attract attention. I am seated in the back, so that means I can just climb backwards to escape-
???:"Hohohoo, would you look at that", I don't recall hearing his voice before. There was someone at the center of the stage. By "center", I mean literal center, so he either has good VSI, or it's just a coincidence, they can be freaky sometimes...
Me:"Are you talking to me?", I muttered. Apparently, he heard that and continued:
???:"Yeah. Who else? Anyways, I have a question for you", And am I allowed to not answer? I'm not the talkative type, as they say.
???:"No, you are obligated to answer it", as if reading my thoughts, he spoke that-
???:"I am, in fact, reading your thoughts", it can't be the case, it is impossible to do so. If it wasn't, I wouldn't prefer watching the body language of others-
???:"Woah! Wait a bit, mate! Your thoughts are too fast to react. Listen, I am a god, a nameless one, so feel free to call me anything you like, except for some certain words", he smiled slyly. Are gods supposed to have a god complex? I suppose that is what it was taken fro-
???:"Hey! I heard that!", I don't care. If god really exists, and it's him, then why didn't he help any other students of... Nevermind... A name, huh? Should this be an honour? Would "Ya" suffice?
Ya:"Surely! from now on, I'm called "Ya"" - he exclaimed excited - "Why that, though?"Because your current pose resembles the letter "Я" in cyrillic, which pronounces like "Ya". He exclaimed a short "Oh".
So, why am I here?(A.N.: he isn't talking because he already knows Ya can read thoughts. Why overwork yourself?)
Ya:"I'm supposed to be showing all of you your future, and, perhaps, past", I see. Transporting around 460 students would be easy for a "god".(There are at least 10 suffering from Nagumo, and I believe, if that 3rd year D student was having trouble with points, there should at least be 2-3 here, + class 2-D + first midterms, I hope it's believeable).
But, hearing his speech, I stiffened. After all, if he happened to know my future, it would be troublesome. For some, knowing your future would be like superpower, a good one. But for me, for someone who already knows my future, that doesn't hold a value for me, but it does for others... I would return to that place and inherit it. My future is already decided, and not by me. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if sending me to this school would be his feat... I... Would rather not think about it, not right now.
Is it really necessary? A short "Yes" is heard. What for? "For entertainment". I see, gods don't see humans as someone worthy of sympathy, huh? "Not really, it's just me, I'm god of entertainment, afterall, or, how other would call me, god of deception, as it is necessary for things to be interesting", I don't know if being called "God of deception" is a good thing.
Good thing, huh? Human society invented that... If something is considered "bad", you shouldn't do it, you'd get punished. If you do something "good", you'd get a raise. But if you do something that is not "good enough?" Would you get nothing? That's what I thought in the White Room, that's what they installed into me: "If you do not good enough, you'd also get punished". That's why I did the best I could, or that is what that man believes-
Ya:"I should wake them up and tell them everything I need to say", was that phrase necessary? You're cutting off my thoughts 3rd time already. *neutral Kiyo noises*
Ya:"Heh, anyway!", he claps his hands and everyone magically wakes up.
"What's going on!?", everyone began to panic. Then, everyone turned silent. I wonder, did he perhaps install it inside their head, so they don't forget it? Then why am I different? Oh, right, I'm the one they're reacting to. Though, I would appreciate if he didn't specify it that early. I want to have a peaceful life as much as possible.
Hirata:"O-oh, so we need to react, huh? It's okay with me, but I slightly disagree on your methods", not like "The god of dec- entertainment" will do anything about it. Some of the students, mainly on class 1-B agreed with him, though. It's not like other classes are heartless, rather they don't seem to bother agreeing.
Ya:"Alright! Welcome, Elites!"
A.N.: It has been a while, has it not? I just don't know how to continue the other fanfic, that's why I need to get experience in writing. Reaction fics don't need to be creative, so it is my choice. Feel free to critisize any mistakes, be it grammar, verbal or semantic.Chapter 1 will be out tomorrow, I guess. I am free from school, as Russian system is September-May, and I'm done with the exams, I will be uploading weekly at the VERY least.
