FOURTEEN AND FABULOUS.

fourteen years ago,
There was a change in the air,
An gift coming to life.

Abba's own daughter.
A womb opener.

After years of trial and error,
Her gift came.

So tiny and fragile it was.
So pretty and special.

Her, daughter, who she'd called - Munachimso,
Was special, and hyper,
Jumpy, excited and full of life.

As she grew, she became smart and happy and filled with joy.

This went on,
Till was about 10 years old.

At 10, Munachimso, saw the world.
She saw it through a broken lense.
She could not tell what had changed,
But suddenly, the air was heavier.

At Eleven, Depression struck like an unexpected snowstorm.
No one to tell,
Nothing to say,
She turned to books,
A way of therapy,
And later, music.
Munachimso was lonely.

At twelve she'd decided,
She'll share her feelings with the world,
Then thoughts of suicide and loneliness came up,
But she'd swallowed them
Like bitter medicine.
She'd be a bookworm.

At Twelve also, the scenario changed,
School, friends, and life in general.

Thirteen, first teenage year,
And calamity struck.
Accidents, brutality, self hate,
Debts, anxiety, break downs.

But there were friends, discoveries and mysteries.

For fourteen years, Munachimso
was in short words,
Fire, curiosity and rain.

But now she's older,
And she's too old to be this young.

I'm Munachimso.
Small girl, small world, big dreams.

I'm
