Third Person Point of View

"I wonder why Shadow hasn't arrived yet." Rouge asked herself, getting off the top bunk bed.

"It shouldn't even take them longer than 7 hours!" She reached for the door, exiting her shared dorm in G.U.N'S HQ with Shadow.

"Since Sonic is with him, maybe they stopped at Tails workshop?" She flew off the direction of the two tailed fox's workshop.

Half an hour later, a knock could be heard in Tails workshop, although Tails did not hear it.

"Hello? Tails, are you there?" She knocks one more time, perhaps Tails is too busy working on his amazing inventions?

"I am going in, Tails!" She opened the door, walking around the house to find her two tailed genius friend.

She found him in the garage, it was messy. Looks like he is recalibrating one of his inventions.

"Oh, Rouge! What brings you here?" Tails put down the wrench he was holding on the table.

"Do you want anything to drink?"

"No, but thanks for the offer. I only came here to ask if Shadow and Sonic stopped by."

Tails shook his head. "No, they have not." His eyes suddenly filled with worry. "Come to think of it, they should be back by now."

Tails rushed to his computer, trying to locate where his plane is, since Sonic and Shadow are borrowing it to transport some chemicals.

"Huh, it doesn't show anything." He searches further, discovering where their last displayed coordinates are.

"The last location was somewhere in the Pacific Ocean." Tails scratched his head.

"Maybe something happend? They are transporting explosives chemicals." Rouge looked over the computer.

"Jeez, don't say that.. but its possible. Should we search for them?"

"Well, to be sure." Rouge sighed. "Well, didnt they borrow your plane?"

"I have another one, you know! Although.. its still not repaired."

"Well, do it now! I'll help."

They both repair the plane for some time, its very damaged. Although not to the point where its repairable.

"What sort of battle did you had to have this sort of damage?" Rouge sighed, handing Tails whichever tool he needed.

"Well, Eggman kind of landed a decent hit on it with his lazer blast, screwdriver please." He holds his hand out.

Rouge hands him a screwdriver. Then her G.U.N. communication device starts ringing.

"Ugh, what now?" She presses a green button in her smartwatch.

"Rouge, the chief is demanding your presence in his office as soon as possible." A male voice spoke through the watch.

"Derick sweetie, can't he wait?" Her voice has a hint of irritation.

"No, he said its urgent." Derick sighed.

"Alright, I'll be there, ugh." Rouge hung up the call.

"I don't think I can tag along you Tails." Rouge sighed. "Well, I have to get going now."

She left in a hurry, leaving Tails to repair the plane all by himself.
