Part 14

Weeks later,
Y/n was nervous as she had just got to know from Jimin that his father Mr. Park was coming to visit them for the first time.

Y/n had heard stories from Mrs. Lee of how professional and hard to please he was, but she didn't realize just how difficult it would be to win him over.

She had never met Jimin's father before as she paced back and forth in their mansion in excitement and nervousness while Jimin looking at her in confusion.

"What's wrong love?" he asked.

She didn't answered him. She kept walking back and forth in their room. He sighed and grabbed her by her wrist and pulled her towards him and embraced her to calm down.

" Is it because of my Appa?" he said caressing her hair which helps her to calm her down.

She snuggled into his chest and nodded

" I'm nervous Chim and excited too. I want to meet him but don't know if he would be happy to meet me or not?" She said and looked at him.

" What if he doesn't like me or he wou -" Her sentence cut off by a kiss from her husband.

He shut her mouth. Her eyes widened by his sudden actions but still kissed him back.

He pulled away and caressed her cheeks " You're overthinking love. Everything is alright. I know he will definitely like you and accept you after all he is my dad. " He said with a proud smile.

She chukled and nod her head.

Jimin was happy as after many year, he was going to meet his dad. He can't wait to meet him.

He told her that how he is excited to meet him. She smiled and looked at his bright eyes.

She kissed his lips and immediately pulled away . She went out of their room.

He was shocked by sudden actions
" What's that for?" he asked.

" Do I need a reason to kiss my husband?" She raised her eyebrow before sharing a glance with him.

His ears had a pink tint . He smiled and grabbed his phone to get back to his work.

Next week,
It was a bright and sunny day and
Jimin's dad had finally arrived to meet his son and his wife, Y/n.

He had missed out on their marriage ceremony due to some work commitments and ever since he had been longing to meet the woman who had captured his son's heart.

As soon as he entered their home, he was warmly greeted by Jimin and Y/n.

"Welcome, Dad! We're so glad to finally have you here at our home," Jimin exclaimed, hugging his father tightly.

"It's great to be here, son." Mr. Park replied then he looked at Y/n.

" And Y/n, it's a pleasure to finally meet you in person. "

Y/n smiled warmly at Mr. Park and said, "The pleasure is all mine. I'm so happy to finally meet you too."

As they all settled down on the sofa.

Jimin's dad couldn't help but admire
Y/n's grace and poise. She was a perfect match for his son, and he could see the love and warmth shared between them.

"So, Y/n, tell me what you do for a living?" Jimin's dad asked, trying to get to know his daughter-in-law better.

"I'm the manager of the clothing company in Celine " Y/n replied, grinning.

"That's wonderful! You must be very creative and talented," Jimin's dad exclaimed.

"Yes, she is," Jimin chimed in, placing a hand on his wife's shoulder.

They continued to chat and laugh, and Jimin's dad learned more about Y/n's interests and hobbies. He was impressed by her intelligence and kindheartedness and felt grateful to have her as his daughter-in-law.

As the evening progressed, Jimin's dad couldn't help but ask Y/n one more question.

"What do you love the most about Jimin?"

Y/n blushed and looked at her husband with a loving smile before answering.

"I love everything about him. He's caring, funny, and always knows how to make me smile. But most of all, I love the way he loves me."

Jimin's dad was touched by her answer, and he felt proud to have raised a son who was loved so deeply by his wife.

As the night came to an end,

" Can't you stay with us tonight Dad?" Jimin asked.

" No Son. I had some work to do and I preferred to stay in my apartment."
Mr. Park replied as he went to hugged Y/n tightly and said, "It's been great getting to know you, Y/n. You're truly an amazing woman, and I'm blessed to have you in our family."

Y/n's eyes filled with tears as she hugged him back, "Thank you so much, Dad. It means a lot to me."

As Jimin's dad bid them goodbye and left, Y/n looked at her husband with a smile, "I finally got to meet your dad properly, and I'm glad he likes me."

"He loves you, Y/n, just as much as I do," Jimin replied, kissing her forehead.

Y/n knew she had found a perfect family and a perfect husband, and she felt grateful for all the love around her and Jimin knew, for sure, that his dad had found a perfect daughter-in-law, and a treasure in Y/n.

" By the way , Why you didn't discussed with him about Suzy's adoption??" She asked as they decided to tell him about it first.

Jimin replied " I want Dad to know you better than to talk about lil mochi's adoption...Next time , I'll told him about it. First we need to give this good news to Nanny & Hyung that Dad likes you." He said excitedly holding her close to him.

She nodded and walked to their room.
