Part 34

She looked at him for some seconds and nod.

" You mention about the nightmare. Can you tell me about it?" He asked, taking the sip of his drink.

" I saw that I cried for a man , who leave me in my worst. I don't know who is he but I know he is connected from my past. I guess he is my husband." Lia said making him choked on the drink.

" Are you okay ?" She asked him in worried tone.

" Yeah..How did you know that he is your husband? I mean are you sure about it? " He said calmly yet in slight panic tone, trying not to raise suspicion.

" After accident , I didn't remember anything what happened with me in 8 years. I only got to know that my past is connected with Suzy as she called me Eomma and I want to remember everything but she asked me once about her Appa and that time I get to know, she mean I'm married and I used to meet her with my husband."

" Did you ever get to know where he is?"

"I don't know where he is. I just hope he is fine." Lia sigh

" He is fine lia , you don't need to take stress and pressurize yourself to recall everything. "

" I hope so. I'm lucky that after my accident I got a mom and brother. I don't know who is my family but Thankfully I got a new family and I hope my real family will be fine and happy without me."

He nodded as he saw the sadness and emptiness in her eyes. She didn't remember them but still she thought about it making Jimin couldn't resist himself to embrace her but still he control himself.

" Did you tried to find them ?"

" Yes . After getting to know, I tried to find them but I didn't get to know any single thing about them and I didn't understand if I'm married then why my husband didn't tried to find me? It's feels like without me, he is hap..."

She is cut off by Jimin. He placed his finger on her lips.

" Don't you ever dare to say this again. You don't know how many nights , he cried for you. "

His eyes become red and teary. She looked at him in confusion making him to came back in his sense. He removed his finger from her lips.

" Excuse me" He immediately left from there .

" What happened to him so sudden??" She was still confused by his reaction. She shruggled it off.

Jimin went towards the washroom.

He closed the door and breath deeply as he couldn't control himself to cry. He was on the verge of crying.

He let out his tears as they make their way down from his cheeks. He felt someone stabbed his heart twice.

He knew that she doesn't know but still it's hurt him. He didn't want to show his weak side in front of her. So, he went there and let out his emotions.

Jimin was silently going through a mental breakdown, trying to process the possibility that she could forget all about him.

He want to tell her everything right now but he can't. He couldn't risk losing her again.

After a while, he calm himself down and walked out towards their table.

" Oh. You are here." Lia said as soon as she saw him.

He nodded.

" Are you alright? What happened to you so sudden? "

" Nothing. It's none of your business " He said with a cold voice making her shut her mouth.

She nod her head and silence took the place over them.

" I'm sorry if I hurt you unintentionally. " Lia quietly said making his guard off.

" Don't be sorry. It's my fault. Actually...I...forget it. I don't remember " he said making Lia laughed at his confused and puzzled face.

He smiled looking at her happy face.

" By the way , Lia. I guess you had some misunderstanding. "

" What do you mean ,Jimin?" She asked in confusion.

" I mean did Suzy ever replied you about who is your husband or anything?"

She shook his head as a smirk formed in his mind. He know what to do now.

" I think Suzy playfully said that you have a husband as my wife never went with me. She also went to meet Suzy alone but Suzy called her ' Eomma ' and she asked her about ' Appa ' even Suzy didn't even know that my wife is married & had a partner. " He replied making her nod.

" I guess she always asked Appa , just because she want fatherly love too and Suzy only asked once to you about Appa and if you were married then Suzy will always tried to asked about it. " he continued.

" Yeah. You are right . Thank you Jimin for sorting it. " she said making him sigh in relief.

" By the way, Can you tell me about your wife's name?" She asked.

He looked at her for some seconds.

" You don't need to know that. " he said.

" But why?"

" Because I don't want to" he said in a cold tone while playing with his coffee cup.

"What happened with your wife?" She asked nervously making him stopped playing with his cup.

"If you aren't comfortable then it's al-" he interrupted her.

" She died in a car accident before Suzy's adoption." He said with a sad tone.

The silence surrounded between them.

After a while , Jimin dropped Lia to her home and they didn't talked to each other after that.

Lia saw him leaving from there. She sigh.

" Is he angry because of me or something?" She thought and walked towards her home.

She text him and went inside her home.

On the way,
Jimin heard the sound of the notification. He looked at his phone , just to see Lia's text. Without thinking twice, he opened it.

" Are you alright Mr. Jimin? "

He cursed himself for behaving rudely with her. He knew she must be stressed because of him as looked at her text and texted her back.

" I'm fine. I just felt sad thinking about my wife " He send it and looked back at the road.

He heard the sound of notification. He looked at the phone again just to saw Lia replied him back " Okay ".

He got to know she was waiting for his text.

He smiled a bit and focused on the road.

" I wish I could hug you and tell you everything right there " He thought and drive towards his home.
