ONLY THE SOUND OF THE old clock animated the club, otherwise there was an heavy silence. Nana's gaze froze, she didn't reply to the hypothesis and was totally dumbfounded.

"You're okay?"
She'd asked, laying a hand on her shoulder.

"Hm... Everything's fine. I'm just extremely confused."

"Don't worry, the ghost won't kill you. Casually, they offers a deal, something in exchange. If you can communicate with, has they asked you for a favor?"

The young woman nodded as the story of Sunghoon's killer came back to her mind. In fact, it was the first thing the boy had asked her.

For him, to rest in peace maybe the killer had to be caught and she has to help him with that. So Rachel's theory was probably right.

However, she needed to know "why": Why was she indebted to Sunghoon? Why did she owe him her own life? And all this without knowing him personally...

That was the last piece of the puzzle.

Why did she have to pay a price? Only the concerned one probably had the answer, but she realized more and more that if she was to get any further help, Rachel at least had to know the ghost's identity.

"But"

The teen had started to speak, but a thud cut her off. They turned towards the door, which had just opened.

Their eyes were riveted on the person who had just entered the old club. It was a man who must have been about 40 years old, and he looked so confused.

"What are you doing here?"
The stranger asked in a hostile voice.

"Oh. Well... We were doing some research."
Rachel tried to explain, she could feel her forehead moistening from the stress. Obviously, there was no excuse.
