I'm baaaack! I'm sorry it has been so long. Here's a chapter! I hope you like it; thank you for all the kudos and comments! <3 Oh, I changed her detransformation words to "the show's over" I thought it sounded better.

A few weeks later

Y/N pov:

I snuggled into it, stretched under the covers as they wrapped around me like a tight hug. I'm okay with staying home today and sleeping the whole day away. You thought, closing your eyes again and relaxing into the mattress. "Come on, y/n, it's time to wake up. You have school; we don't want you to be late.

Maybe your mom will bring us so we don't have to walk!" Kiari twirled around and flew a bit higher. She was always a morning person, unlike you. You groaned out of frustration and slowly slid out of bed, you slept most of the night peacefully, and your ribs were feeling much better; they barely bothered you.

You enter the bathroom, shower quickly, enter your bedroom, and move toward your closet. "I don't want to dress up today."

You quickly grab a pair of overall shorts, black tights, a belt, and your favorite colored shirt. You tucked the shirt into the overalls, then stepped into a pair of combat boots that matched your shirt for an extra pop of color. This is easily one of your go-to outfits, simple but cute. You go downstairs and see your mom sitting on the couch on her phone.

"Hey, Mom, are you bringing me to school today?" You ask. M/n looks up at you and smiles. "Of course." She stood from her spot on the couch and grabbed her set of keys, and headed for the door. "I always love when you wear that outfit, y/n," She commented before you both headed out the door.

The school was empty like usual; you liked to be early. "Here we are." your mom said as she put the car into park, you climbed out of it and smiled.

"Thank you for dropping me off." You closed the door and walked up to the art room where Nathaniel was. Over the few weeks, you've grown closer to the quiet boy. Something about him made you feel happy.

You smiled at the redhead and gave him a small wave once you entered the room. He waved you back shyly, quickly looking back at his sketchbook. "Whatcha drawing today, Nathaniel?"

You ask as you sit across from him. He shrugged and continued to draw. "Nothing much, just some stuff." You raised an eyebrow. "So, do you think I can finally peek at what you're drawing yet?" He laughed and shook his head. "No, not yet. It's not done; when it's done, I'll show you, okay?" You smiled and nodded.

"Yeah! Sounds like a great idea." You two fell silent momentarily before Nathaniel broke the silence. "You seem like you feel better. You aren't constantly breathing heavily or moving around to get comfortable as much anymore." I nodded. "I have been sleeping a lot lately and feel better. I'm surprised you noticed." You tilted your head to him and thought about possibly marking him. You quickly shake the thought off, though.

"Earth to y/n," Nathaniel waved before you; you focused on his hand and then looked at him. "What's up? Sorry." You quickly apologized for spacing out; he shook his head and laughed.

"It's okay; I asked if you were ready for class." You scrunched your eyebrows together and looked at the clock on the wall. You frowned; how long were you spaced out for?

I didn't give Kiari a snack for school!

"Oh! Yeah, soon. I'm going to grab a croissant from the cafe before class." You headed towards the classroom exit and down the stairs. You snagged two croissants and put them into your backpack as you reached the cafeteria.

When you looked up, you saw Adrien raising his eyebrow at you. You stood straight after quickly zipping your bag and tossing it over your shoulder.

"Um, they are for... Um, a snack. I didn't get to eat this morning." You lied quickly lied. "How are you, sparky?" You changed the subject, hoping he would drop the issue, but the bell rang before he could answer, and you quickly grabbed his hand, the spark finding its way into your body again.
