chapter 1

I can't remember a lot what happened....all I remember that there was a normal day,normal weather and I was a normal girl.

I just walked into school all the year kids looking at me and laughing at me...Well that's also normal.

I walked into class right as my worst enemy saw me.

Casey.even her name just....you know sorta scares me you know...Oh well any way I was in my first lesson when Casey walks up to me saying.

"Hey girls have ever seen a girl that looks like a boy...?"she smirked scruffing up my short hair and side fringe.

This cause me to bite my lip and turn my hands into fists.

Then another girl called Mia said."aw....what's wrong wolfy your not going to bite me are you....?"

That's it I had almost had it when one of my closest friend stepped forward.Bianca.

"Go and pick on some one your own size midget!" Bianca growled in a hostile tone causing the bullys to huff and walk off.

I looked up at Bianca."thanks buddy..I almost broke..."I sighed in relief fury melting away.

"Eh....anytime!"she grinned patting my back a little too hard.

(Time skip by Sherlock in the tardis!!)

It was history now and my teacher was late that was weird Mr butler was never late far as I know.

Then suddenly I heard a large explosion out side.

My other best friend Harry grabbed my shoulder.

"Ash!look what's going on out side!!!!"he almost yelled right in my ear

The tone in his voice was..panic I looked around the room at my class mates all off them looking though the Windows.they where all terrified.

I got up and looked out the window and saw....fire...explosions...smoke and my home town off Brighton burning before my eyes.

Then we saw a plane coming our way. And at that moment it dropped a bomb on my school.

I woke up to darkness,dust,and silence I discovered that I was under a table surrounded by rumble my school had collapsed and I turned to right seeing a faint glimmer of light I started to crawl towards it then I felt something weird.

My eyes slightly agusted to the darkness I saw......a body....of a boy in my class Marco.

I retched at the foul smell comeing from his rotting corpse.

"How long w.w.was I out?..." I coughed crawling over the corpse

Finally reaching the exit I crawled out of it looking at the sky it was a sunny day but my home.....gone.

Not knowing what to do I fell to my knees and began to cry.

Then I heard a voice!

I looked up to see Bianca tuning up to me so was Harry I had never been so happy.

"ASH OH MY GOD YOUR ALIVE!!!!!!"they both yelled hugging me

Something wasn't right.

Did Bianca have cat ears?!?

"B..b..Bianca?..." I pointed to her ears and tail

"Oh...about that...let's say that the human body goes under dramatic changes when put under extreme stress...right Harry?"Harry look at her and nodded he had black bear ears and a stubby little tail

"Even you changed Ashleigh...."Harry grinned

I looked at him for a second then I held my breath and went o touch my ears.

They her pointy and large I also had a tail a coco Brown fox tail which matched my Brown short hair.

"We found out you can also change into animal form which would be better for when we travel.." Bianca stated turning into a white and honey coloured torershell British shorthair cat.

Harry was also in animal form a American black bear.

"Give it a go Ash" Harry smiled

"I...I.don't know how...."I said looking at my feet

"Just try and change...do what feels natural."

I nodded taking a deep breath and just told my body to change

I felt wobbly on my legs suddenly and fell on my hands.

I opened my eyes being tall than Bianca but half the size of Harry

I looked my hands to see paws and fur.

I did it.

It felt so natural! I might stay in this form I like it!
