Zeus decided to let them stay in Olympus but they must be kept a eye on.
In case they were needed to Attack The Red Dragon Emperor and His Friends if they caused chaos and destruction.

Artemis - I Remember The Chefs use to cook their delicious meals for Queen Serenity and The Sailor Princesses.
They then walked to the throne room.
Luna, Artemis, and Diana Looked at Queen Serenity's Throne.
Luna - I remember how she used to sit on this Throne to give orders to The Sailor Guardians.
Artemis - They Were Powerful Guardians to defend this Kingdom.
Diana - I wish I met them.
Luna - Us too.
Artemis - It's ashamed for her daughter to be sent to Earth in order to be Safe.
Luna - I Know...
Artemis - Wait A Minute... the ones who destroyed this Kingdom are gone.
Luna - Yeah... What about it?
Artemis - Well Queen Serenity's Daughter and The Sailor Princesses are on Earth.
All we need to do is to bring their memories back and The Moon Kingdom will finally be the same kingdom what it was before.
Luna - You are Right!
Diana - but how are we going to find them?
Artemis - good point.
Luna - Wait a minute... That Girl who saved me from those boys was Sabrina, The Daughter of Queen Serenity.
Artemis - Where is She?
Luna - She's at Japan.
Diana - Where is Japan?
Luna - It's on Earth.
