"Hey guys, did you see the new baker today? He just opened a bakery near my dad's shop and he gave me a free slice of chocolate cake! Dude, it tasted so good!" Abigail rambled as she fiddled with the joysticks of the arcade game, Journey of the Prairie King.
Sam perked up at Abigail's topic, "There's a new person in the town again- SEBASTIAN! C'MON JUST LET ME WIN FOR ONCE!" He whined as he facepalmed. "Heh. Nah." Sebastian chuckled as he put chalk on the tip of his pool cue.
"But..there's a new guy? There was already the farmer a few months ago. Surprised that people still try to live here." Sam says while thinking of a "strategy" to win, aka, how to wing this sh*t.
"Mm." Sebastian agrees while chuckling at Sam struggling. Abigail sighed as she lost again at the arcade game. "Hey, it's not so bad here guys. You get to explore and discover a lot of things." "All I discover is that this town is getting progressively boring, Abby." Sebastian says back as Sam laughs.
Abigail pursues her lips, "Whatever emo." "Hey, you're emo too." Sam cackles but is cut off by losing again. "I give up." He says while throwing his pool cue behind him, "Ow!" A voice squeaks out.
Sam whips his head quickly and sprints to the squatting figure. "Oh sh*t, I'm so sorry man! I didn't realize that was you were there-" "Um. It's fine." The (height) male says while handing him the stick.
The unfamiliar face smiles at Sam gently, "Um. It's okay. You don't have to panic so much." the male chuckles. "Oh..oh! Right..sorry about that again...I won't throw more pool cues at you again I swear." Sam promises to the male in front of him while blushing in embarrassment.
The male puts his soft hand on Sam's shoulder and pats it gently. "Um. I-It's fine. I don't really mind getting hit on the head I guess." He jokes while walking pass Sam.
"(Your Name), Hello." "Hi Abigail. I just wanted to ask something, how did you like the cake?" "Oh my yoba. It was really good! You should sell like a thousand of those in your bakery. I'd go into debt for your cake man." Abigail exclaims, (Your Name) laughs.
"Okay. Okay. I'll sell more. Thanks for your opinion." He says while turning to the two curious (nosy) males. "Is this the baker you were shouting about Abby?" Sam asks while moving his eyes up and down at the gentle baker.
"Yup! He's my dearest cousin who is the best baker!" Gus peers his head from the bar, "...Second to Gus though. Love you Gus!" Gus chuckles and nods. "..You didn't tell us you had a cousin." Sebastian mutters as he opens his phone to pretend to text, but really he just opened the notes app.
"Yeah and you didn't tell us he was cute too!" Sam blurted out with no shame, Sebastian flinched at Sam's comment but he agrred in his head. Abigail looks like she was about to bust a vein. "Say that again Sam and I'll shove the pool cue up your a-" "Um. Abby, shouldn't you introduce me to your friends?" You interrupt her, saving Sam from his demise.
"Oh yeah!" Abigail's expression lightens up after you talked, "This is Sebastian, he smokes by the way, I don't want my precious cousin to get infected by his anti-social-ness." "...What is that supposed to mean." Abigail just smiles at Sebastian weirdly, she moves on to the blonde next to Sebastian.
