Previously on Little Shining Star...

Obanai: In a last ditch effort to save his sister, Tanjiro has requested that the corps spare Giyu and Urokodaki and give Nezuko one last chance to make up for her crime. In exchange for the lives of those three and of Kagaya, he has agreed to let Sanemi take his sword and slash his belly

Nezuko: No! Don't do this! Don't let Sanemi slash you!

Tanjiro: *Sheds a tear* Farewell, Nezuko...

Nezuko: *Crying* TANJIRO!!!

Kyojuro: *Struggling* Nezuko, run! Run away from this place and never come back. You will never be safe here.

Nezuko: *Still tearing* Rengoku, I-

Kyojuro: Hurry! If I wasn't strong enough to save your brother, then I won't be strong enough to hold Sanemi down forever.

Mitsuri: Rengoku~San, are you alright?

Giyu: We have to do something. There's no way Nezuko can outrun him.

Kyojuro: If Nezuko is to survive, she must outrun Sanemi! It's her only chance to survive.

As fast as her feet could take her, Nezuko ran through the forest to get as far away as possible. But she knew no where would be safe so long as Sanemi stayed right behind her. Just then, she was nearly caught off guard by a deadly gush of wind. The wind was so strong, that it was able to slice through a perfectly good tree. Nezuko knew that that tree could have easily been her.

Sanemi: (Monsterous) Where do you think you're going?

Nezuko didn't answer, and instead continued running. In this situation she had found herself in, Sanemi was the true monster. It was taking her large amounts of energy to keep distance between the two of them. She was only fortunately enough to find a temporary hiding stuff to replenish her stamina.

Sanemi: You can run. You can even hide, but you'll never escape me.

Nezuko was stiff in her spot. She was absolutely terrified of what Sanemi would do to her if she was found. To see if the coast was clear, she peeked from behind. But Sanemi was already gone, and Nezuko was already found.

Nezuko: *Sees Sanemi behind her and gasps*

Sanemi: Get ready to die! *Laughs like the villain he is*

Without another thought, Nezuko ran from the spot, but Sanemi was horrifyingly fast to strike.

Nezuko: Ahhh! *Falls to the ground* My leg. He got my leg, and there's no time to regenerate it.

Hopping with all her might, Nezuko refused to give up. Sanemi was now closer to killing her than ever before. She didn't know why her body was fighting so hard to save her. Nothing would stop it and with every close call, Nezuko knew she only had one last chance to lose Sanemi.

With a trick of the body, Nezuko was able to knock leaves into Sanemi's face and went outside his sight. That bought her at least twenty seconds to stop her bleeding and finally escape. She ran in the opposite direction as fast as she could but finally she stopped. She was at a cliff, and below it was a raging river. Nezuko wanted to find a safer way down, but the beastly sound of her pursuer looking for her was enough to give her enough courage to jump off the cliff and into the river. But once again, she had lost consciousness.
