As dawn started breaking, Nezuko stood speechless as she stared into the face of a long lost friend from the past. Inosuke didn't look anything like she last saw him. He was older and more mature looking, yet he still held on to the defining feature that told her that he was the same guy. Tears began forming at the corner of her eye as she ran towards him with open arms.
Haru(Nezuko): Inosuke!!! *Removes her mask, hugs him tightly and starts sobbing* Is it really you?
Inosuke: *Hugs her back with his everlasting energy* *Tearing up* In the flesh.
Inosuke gave Nezuko a moment to cry it out and calm down.
Haru(Nezuko): Oh, *wipes her eyes* it's been so long. *Stops hugging* You've changed. If it wasn't for the mask, I would have never recognize you.
Inosuke: Hey, look who's talking? I thought monsters don't mature?
Haru(Nezuko): *Chuckles* I can't believe it. After all these years, we finally reunite. Took your time finding me, huh?
Inosuke: Hey! Not my fault you left the corps without telling me goodbye.
Haru(Nezuko): *Laughs* You don't know how happy I am right now to see you, I-suke. So, how are the others? Are they doing okay without me?
Inosuke: *Smiles fade* Oh. *Mood deepens*
Haru(Nezuko): Inosuke, what's wrong?
Inosuke: Nezuko...I left the corps. I spent four years of my life looking for you. I don't know what's happened to Zenitsu and the others. Everything could be so different now.
