Putting yourself first is not the same thing as disregarding everybody else’s needs.
Self-love is a fundamental tool on taking the first process of being selfless.
Indeed, we need to love ourselves first as sometimes we tend to become busy minding others’ businesses without knowing that we tend to forget that we matter too.
