Once so close, called each other sisterSpending our days together talking
With laughter that warmed faded ragged winter days
now the phone stays silent
i wish i knew why you stopped
calling and texting, the quiet
is pungent
Overwhelming like death, as my calls and texts are
disregarded
You tell everyone that i ignore you
Yet you see me and you scorn me
i wanted to reach you anew
And now I can't remember why I cared about the silent phone
For our expired friendship is only a faded memory

Cycles
PoesíaThis is a short collection of poetry that is inspired by the cycles of life. For now this collection is complete but I will be adding to it as I am inspired. TWS: This collection does touch on both death and mentions blood.
