Prompt/question: Take some time to examine who you are and who you'd like to become. What are some New Year's resolutions you would like to make, and how can you best achieve these goals? Are you successful at keeping your New Year's resolutions? Why or why not?
—————————————————
If I were to look at my life and my goals then make New Year's resolutions, I would say one of my biggest goals would be to spend more time with my family. I'm not very good at spending time with my family, I just don't know how to ask. On the other hand I want to excel in math and science, specifically because I want to be a science or math major. Though over the years I haven't been good with doing my resolution, considering I never remember them, these are more simple goals especially in comparison to my old resolution from when I was little. Therefore look at who you are and who you want to become, what resolutions would you make and can you keep them?

Prompt/question: Why might getting sufficient sleep contribute to your overall health and success? Do you think you get enough sleep? If yes, what is your routine? If not, what is preventing your sleep?
—————————————————
Can sufficient sleep contribute to your health and success? It can in fact help both of those factors for some people, most of the population needs sleep to function or they'll crash and burn but the other part doesn't need all suggested 8 hours. Some don't even need to sleep at least a minute to function. Though everyone is different when it comes to sleep, its not healthy to sleep for 3-4+ days. The longest someone has stayed up was 10-11 days straight, though he was a 17 year old. As much as I'd like to day I'm part of the population that can go to bed easy and gets enough sleep, I can't. My sleep schedule is a mess because of school and it just matters the night, an example is I went to bed very easily on Sunday night but on Monday night I got 0 hours of sleep, probably less than 30 minutes yet I still came to school, I functioned like normal, and I wasn't tired till it was time to go to bed. Though my family and friends have theories on why I didn't sleep we don't know if it was the fact that it was dark, my mattress, or that my body just rejected it. Either way, sufficient sleep can contribute to your health and success you just need to know what type of person you are.

Prompt/question: Scientists and inventors throughout history have persevered to discover amazing breakthroughs and create extraordinary inventions that benefit society. In your opinion, what do you think has been the greatest discovery or invention with the most impact on our world? Why?
—————————————————
Scientists and inventors of history have persevered to discover breakthroughs and make inventions to benefit the community. Though there's been many inventions or discoveries that have made the world the place it is today, I'd say the best discovery would've been atoms. When atoms were discovered some theories that were unsolved were able to be solved. Atoms changed the science world and after they discovered what made an atom they continued to progress.
