White was the president of a talent agency that managed numerous of celebrities. The cycle of this workstyle had definitely made her an alcoholic. While this may have an negative impact on the social impact of her life such as not being able to relax as much, she managed to get used to the heavy worklife.
On one hand, She knew that if she kept on working like how she was used to, both her body and mind would eventually break down, and that's something that an Agency President should do.
That's why eventually she knew how to deal with the stress. As someone strong should do.
But on the other hand, she hasn't felt this stressed and tired for quite a while.
"Aqua Tail," Green ordered calmly.
"Goool!" his Golduck cried as a big tail made out of water formed behind him. The Duck Pokemon bared it's claws and it started rampaging towards a spring formed Deerling.
"Dodge it Darlene!" White countered quickly as her Deerling easily jumped out of the way of the Aqua Tail attack but as it moved to it's new position, Darlene was unexpectedly hit by the fast moving Golduck.
"T-That fast?" White gasped as Green narrowed his eyes.
"Zen Headbutt,"
"Protect!"
The gem on the duck Pokemon glowed in a pinkish aura as Golduck enveloped itself in pyschich energy before charging right at Darlene just as the Deerling managed to cover itself in a green colored shield.
Green raised his eyebrow. "Are running away and protecting yourself all you're good at? This practice battle is for me to gauge the strength of your other pokemon and I can't do that if I don't see any,"
White's eyebrow twitched. This was indeed like adding salt to wound. Not only is he purposely using a pokemon with a type disadvantage, but the words he's using to taunt just so happen to land right on white's nerves.
"Take the shield away. Confuse Ray,"
The aura from the Zen Headbutt died away as instead, Golduck lowered its head even more until it's gem directly in front of Darlene's eyes.
"No! Look away!" White shouted.
But Darlene couldn't look away as she was already entranced under the glowing gem on Golduck's forehead, the Protect barrier fading away into nothingness.
Green took the chance. "Ice Punch,"
Frost crept up Golduck's arm as it pulled it's arm backwards. With a cry, Golduck swung it's fist and punched Darelene with the super effective move, knocking her out of the confusion, but at the same time, dealing a huge amount of damage.
"Deer...ling..." Darlene muttered as she slowly got back up, much to Green's surprise.
"Let's go Darlene you can do it! Magical Leaf around it! Unleash as large as you can!" she supported. Darlene got up, despite the pain she was in. The yellow flower on her head glowed green as a large barrage of leaves started to form like a tornado around her.
"Deerling!" she cried as she fired the huge barrage of leaves.
Green narrowed his eyes. He knew that Magical Leaf is a move that will always hit no matter how much the target would try to dodge, but that didn't mean that there were other ways to counter this move.
The Magical Leafe barrage split into 2 and started surrounding the Duck Pokemon, making sure that it wouldn't be able to escape so easily.
"Icy Wind!" he ordered. Golduck leaned backwards and opened it's beak, releasing a large gust of cold wind around itself. White gasped as she watched ice covering all the tiny leaves and eventually formed a large wall of ice with leaves in side.
