"Okay, so the mission is.." Chad gestures to everyone to lean in closer. Everyone sighed and positions themselves in a closed circle around Chad.
He looked around dramatically and there was a long pause. Tara stared at him blankly "Just spit it out dickwad" Mindy said bluntly.
He rolled his eyes "To get Ethan a girlfriend!!" he says exclaiming. "He won't get one with that costume" Anika snickered nudging Ethan a bit.
Everyone chimed in with jokes and insults. Ethan rolled his eyes "Okay, okay! I can handle my own love life alright!"
He says over the top of everyone's bickering. Tara sighs "I'm pretty sure Chad said you were a virgin, so how are you supposed to do that?" She cackled.
Ethan ignored them and headed into the party. He didn't need them any girl would be lucky to have him.
"What about her" Chad said pointing to a girl in a Jennifer's body costume dancing with her friends. "Kayla from Econ?"
She was wearing a long-sleeved white crop top with a denim skirt and fishnets covered in fake blood.
Ethan's heart fluttered "She's gorgeous" Who was this woman that caught Ethan's eye?
The girl looked over at Chad and he smiled and gestured for her to come over. She looked confused and walked over.
"Hi Ethan!" she said jumping up and down. She thought for a second "B-B..rad?" She stuttered.
"It's Chad" He said bluntly.
Chad chose to ignore that and put on a bright smile while tilting his head towards Ethan.
"So I was wondering what you think of my buddy Ethan?" he said eagerly patting him on the back"
She paused and looked him up and down. The girl blushed and giggled "he's cute" She smirked.
Chad raised his eyebrows and smirked. Ethan was taken aback and nervously chewed on his lip.
The girl massaged her skirt anxiously needing something to fidget with. Parties made her anxiety act up. "Um..wanna get a drink?" she offers wanting to get out of the crowd.
They walk to the counter and pour themselves some drinks. "When is that presentation due again?," She asks. " in 2 days" the boy replies.
