Teiko: (Last time, We wound up at a Pokémon Preserve owned by Kazusa's family as we meet her older sister, Katrina. Soon, Max decides to help out a Poochyena evolve into a Mightyena, But that wasn't going soo well. Then, Team Rocket showed up trying to steal the Pokémon, But thanks to Poochyena and even Cacturne, We managed to stop Team Rocket and send them off. Then, Poochyena manages to evolve into Mightyena and afterwards, Kazusa puts on an amazing performance, As we soon continue on to Rustburo City.)
(Flashback, A few years ago)
We now see a 10 year old Teiko in his classroom looking down to phone in his hands as he was looking at images of the Masked Jewels.
Teiko then hears laughing as he soon looks up to three boys talking to each other. Soon, One of the boys noticed something as they turn to see Teiko's empty desk as Teiko was revealed to had quickly left before getting notices as Teiko quickly left.
Teiko soon was walking around the halls as he looks left and right to many other kids before he looks down still being silent.
Teiko was now alone walking through the halls as he soon makes a turn to a corner before he accidentally bumped into someone causing him to drop his phone as he looks up to see a 10 year old Daihachi with a 12 year old Kazusa.
Daihachi: Oi, Be careful. Wait, Nakano.
Teiko was somewhat surprised as he lightly nods before looking down shyly.
Kazusa: Hey now, Don't be rude.
Daihachi grumbles as Kazusa smiles at Teiko.
Kazusa: Sorry. No need to be scared now.
Daihachi soon looks down to Teiko's phone and picks it up before giving his phone back.
Daihachi: Here.
Teiko nods but before he could take it, Daihachi notices the image of the Masked Jewels on Teiko's phone.
Daihachi: Wait, Are these the Masked Jewels?
Kazusa: Are you a fan?
Teiko got surprised before looking down as he nods.
Kazusa: Well, That makes three of us. Right Daihachi?
Teiko looks up in surprise as Daihachi stares at Teiko's phone with the Masked Jewels image before he gave Teiko's phone back.
Daihachi: The two of us are starting an Idol group together.
