Next day morning, a priest visits Sehgal house seeing which everyone get confused.

Sumitra: Namaste. You have come here suddenly?

Priest: Suddenly? I was called by your son to come.

Sumitra asks the priest to sit and turns at Varun who nods in no. Sumitra goes to him and confronts him.

Sumitra: Varun, what is this? Why did you call priest?

Varun: No maa. I didn't call any priest.

Mahir, who was coming downstairs, finds priest in the hall. He goes to him and greets him. Everyone get confused looking at it.

Sumitra: Mahir, did you call him?

Mahir: Yes Maa.

Sumitra: But why did you call him?

Mahir: Mom. Come on! We all know that Bela and Varun love each other and want to get married. So I called the priest to fix their engagement date and marriage date.

Sumitra goes to Mahir, holds his hand and drags him to a corner.

Sumitra: Are you crazy? I thought you love Bela and wanted to spend all your life with her.

Mahir: Maa, you are right. I Love Bela and I want to spend every second of my life with her but Bela doesn't love me back. So its the best for all of us that we let Bela choose her happiness. If she wants to get married to Varun, so be it. Now please go and bring the horoscope of Varun and Bela. Please?

Sumitra rolls her eyes and goes to her room to bring horoscopes. Mahir then goes to the priest and says, " Maa is bringing the horoscopes. Please check them and find the nearest and best engagement date as well as marriage date for them. "

Priest: Yes. Sure.

Sumitra gives the horoscopes to the priest who checks those and looks at Mahir in confusion.

Priest: The horoscopes aren't matching properly. I mean the most nearest marriage date available is after 5 years.

Varun (shocked): What? What are you talking about?

Priest: I am talking the truth. I can't fix a date in nearby days for any auspicious events. The dates aren't suitable for these horoscopes.

Varun goes to Mahir and says, " Nice try, bhai. Do you really think we will fall for your tricks to stop the marriage? "

Mahir looks at Varun and sighs.

Mahir: Varun, I am not any cheap villian of any serial to plot against you or try to stop your marriage. I have no such intentions. (Takes out his phone and shows a picture to Varun). Do you know what this is?

Varun looks at it and gets surprised.

Mahir: Tell me, what is it?

Varun: Divorce papers for you and Bela?

Mahir: Exactly. I contacted my lawyer yesterday itself and asked him to prepare the divorce papers by today. He has sent me the soft copy for corrections. Once done, he will bring them today evening and me and Bela will sign on it. So tell me now, you really don't trust your brother?

Varun hugs Mahir and says, " I am sorry bhai. I thought you want Bela to be with you, so you... "

Mahir breaks the hug and says, " I really want Bela to be the happiest. I can do anything for her happiness. "

Varun: Thank you so much bhai

Mahir ( to priest): I don't care about this horoscope matching and all. Just tell us which is the nearest auspicious date. We will finalize that date for engagement and then, a week later, we will get Varun married to Bela.

Priest: But...

Mahir: Please tell us.

Priest: Tomorrow, you can get the couple engaged.

Mahir: Ok. (To Varun) Take Bela for shopping and buy a nice engagement outfit for her. And don't forget to buy for yourself. (To Sumitra) Maa, start preparing for the engagement. Its my little brother's engagement. Everything should go perfectly.

Priest: I will take leave now.

Mahir: Thank you 🙏🏻

The priest leaves and then Mahir leaves for his office as everyone try yo digest what happened just now. Varun signs Bela to come with him to which she nods ok and both leave.

Sumitra goes to Neha who walks away without talking. Everyone is unable to accept what is happening in the home. Sumitra looks at Andy who assures her its fine and says, " Start calling our guests for the engagement. "

Sumitra: But how will we tell them how Varun is back and why Bela is suddenly getting married to Varun?

Andy: Just invite them for Varun's engagement. Tell them they are fine. Lets not reveal the bride until tomorrow. Its better to let the children tell about themselves to everyone.

Sumitra: Ok. You also invite the business partners and everyone else.

Andy: Yeah. (Murmurs) God knows what is happening in this home.
