The guests arrive and greet Sumitra and Andy.

Guest 1: Sumitra ji, many congratulations to you. You got a double bonus all of a sudden.

Sumitra smiles awkwardly.

Guest 2: But Sumitra, how did all these happen? I mean till Pari's birthday all we knew was Varun's dead in an accident on the day of his marriage to Bela... But suddenly he is alive? How?

Sumitra: Its a long story. We will let you know soon.

Guest 3: Sumitra, this is not done. You didn't even answer this question yesterday.

Sumitra: Actually...

Suddenly Mahir taps on the mic to see if its working making everyone turn towards the stage.

Mahir: Good evening, everyone. Thank you so much for joining us today on the special occasion of my little brother's engagement. We all are very happy. Please welcome Varun, my brother, on the stage.

Varun walks to the stage as everyone clap for him.

Mahir (continues): My brother, Varun, defeated the death and came back to us miraculously a few days ago. We were shocked as well as very happy that finally our family is complete. You all might be wondering what happened. So let me tell you all. He got into a major accident and in the blast, many people were burnt to death. So police declared that he was dead... But... Thank you so much God that he didn't die in that accident... I mean, he got severely hurt and was admitted into a hospital. Just few days back, when he returned home, we got to know that he is alive. Till then, he was in coma which made it impossible for him to communicate with us. But now, since my brother returned, we decided that we will handover everything that belonged to him... Including his love, Bela.

The audience get shocked and start whispering among themselves. Soon Neha brings Bela to the stage who stands beside Varun but seeing her outfit Varun fumes and the guests start gossiping among themselves.

Mahir makes Varun and Bela sit in the chairs while the priest comes and starts the engagement rituals. Sumitra hears few guests speaking among themselves.

Guest 1: I don't think Bela wishes to marry Varun. See how she is twinning with her ex husband.

Guest 2: even I felt the same thing. Getting married to younger brother after being married to elder brother is so stupid thing. How did they even think about all these? And now they shamelessly invited all of us for this.

Sumitra feels embarrassed but doesn't say anything. When the priest asks for the rings, Neha gives him. Varun and Bela stand. Varun takes out the ring and asks for Bela's hand. Bela complies and places it in his hand when Varun's gaze falls on her hand already wearing a ring on the ring finger. Varun points it out to which Bela says, " its tight... Not getting removed. "

Varun rolls his eyes and then places the ring on her other hand. Everyone clap for them though feel weird about the whole situation. Varun then gives his hand to Bela who places the ring on hos finger. Mahir then gives them garlands which they exchange. As they pose for photos, they find some commotion at the entrance of the home and get shocked seeing the police arrive. Everyone look shocked. The police directly go to the alter and start putting handcuffs on Varun's hand making everyone get tensed.

Sumitra and Andy rush to them and try to stop them. Varun also tries protesting.

Inspector: See, Mr. Sehgal. You were alive all these years and yet you didn't surrender yourself to the police for the crime you committed before. Now you can't escape the law anymore. You have to come with us.

Andy: But what did he do?

Inspector: Maybe you all have forgotten but the charges of rape were pressed against him six years ago but due to the accident he was assumed dead. Now when you all have come to know he is alive, you should be responsible enough to inform us about it. Since he is alive, the case is reopened and he needs to be arrested.

Bela sits on the stage distraught as the policemen forcefully drag Varun away. Mahir sits beside Bela as she breaks down completely.

Guest 1: Varun and Bela are definitely not made for each other.

Guest 2: or else why will their marriage stop for two times?

Sumitra (sobbing): Please leave everyone. We are sorry.

The guests start to leave when Neha shouts, " Sumitra ji, what the guests said isn't wrong. Varun and Bela are not meant to be together. "

Sumitra looks shocked...
