The Great Hospital Escape

As I laid back on my picnic blanket I couldn't help but wonder what Barbie's up to

Maybe I should have stopped by and check on her

Maybe I should have texted her

Maybe I came to early... nope its only 5pm

Ok ken she's very stress right now don't rush her... I thought as I sighed...

It was a nice day in California and the sun already had begun to set so a beautiful sunset filled the sky,

But the sunset only just reminded me of Barbie.

Barbie pov

"Uno out, I win!" Said Lazlo while Renee trew her cards in anger and crossed her arms
"Dang, I had a draw 4 with your name on it too" I told Lazlo as he chucked.

Something told me to look at my phone

5pm

Oh crap, I thought

Teresa must have saw my face because she asked "everything ok Bee?"

"Ye-no, no I have to go!" I panicked

"Barbie, tell me where are you gonna go hooked up to machines?" Asked Lazlo

I looked at him, then sighed

"fair enough!"

I said then I started to take all the wires attached to me off.
"Barbie, what are you doing? Stop" Renee panicked as the three tried to stop me

"Sorry guys, Just let me GO!" I yelled as I broke free from their grip
And jumped out of the hospital bed.

Now because I took the heart monitor off
The nurses got an alert and also made their way to my room

My friends already were trying to catch me, and now the nurses

Ooh if only they understood why I had to leave.

As I saw the exit,
There was two security guards standing there, when the saw me they were walking twards me

"Agent Roberts? What are you doing?" One asked
"Should you be resting?" Asked the other one

The my friends caught up

With my friends on my right and guards on the left there was only one thing to do

I looked forward and faced the window as I remembered the conversation me and Renee had the night before

Lets, jump out the window
You want us to do what now?

I looked back and quickly grabbed a metal chair and trew it at the window "Barbie no!" Teresa called

"Welp im glad I'm not wearing a skirt!" I yelled back

Then I ran full force up to the window and dived out

As I fell down I could feel the wind in my face
And I'm not going to lie but it was an exciting experience

don't worry about me, I had a plan duh, there was another building beside the hospital that was a little shorter
But with enough calculations I was able to make the jump as I was about to hit the building

I tumbled onto the flat roof top

I looked up to see my friends at the window and sighed of relief

"I'll be back, you can kill me later!" I yelled

"You're crazy Barbara!" Yelled Lazlo

"Ha, I know!" I called back
Before I waved my arm at them and ran inside the small building.

Ken's pov

As I was resting my eyes, I heard
Rustling in the bushes

I quickly sat up and took in my surroundings

Nothing

"Hum, anyone there? Uh I gotta gun!" I stated

I did not have a gun I thought
"Wow, would you shoot me Mr.Carson!"

"Barbie?!"

Then I saw Barbie come out of the bushes looking just as beautiful as the last time I saw her..

"Im so sorry that I'm late" she said as her smile faded

"Its okay you're here now" I reassured her as I smiled

"Yeah? But im two hours late Ken I cou-"
I put my finger up to her lips and raised my eyebrows with a smirk

She smiled before I grabbed her hands and led her to the picnic area.
