Being inside a female vessel had always felt different to Castiel than a man, more...gentle somehow. Human emotions were difficult to get in touch with, but he'd always found them easier to understand when cohabitating with a woman. As he got a sense for her feelings, he was pleased to find Lisa seemed to see the world through a softer lens than most. She was a realist. Independent. Strong. But also soft. Soft, and full of love. Love for her son, family, and life, but also love for Dean. Castiel had never felt so at home near the longings of someone else's mind.

He felt Lisa agreeing with his assessment of her feelings as she opened the door and walked back into the bedroom, a smile and wink somehow evident in her emotions as she quietly disappeared into the recesses of her own mind. "Thank you, Cas," whispered on the eddies of thoughts that swirled up from whatever depths she'd sunk herself into.

He was shocked still as his favorite human in the history of the universe turned his gaze to where Castiel was standing seemingly all on his own—wearing the body of somebody the hunter loved intimately—and smiled almost...shyly. Dean Winchester was looking at him with every expression he'd ever dreamed upon the man's face, and he was frozen.

"Whoa, Lis...you look...wow." He paused, looking Castiel's borrowed body up and down.

Castiel felt the woman somewhere from deep within metaphorically nudge him forward—a final encouragement that this was what she'd wanted, and it awoke something within him. Without planning on it, Castiel pulled at the ends of the small flowy piece of fabric and did a small spin, putting himself and the rest of the article of clothing on display for the man. "Do you like it?"

The words came naturally because he found that he genuinely wanted to know. He wanted to please Dean in any way possible. He wanted to be sexy for him, as the humans said. To turn him on. To make him want. And when the hunter—the strongest human on the earth—nodded yes, Castiel had never felt more Heavenly.

"Jesus, Lisa...like straight outta my teenage fantasies. How'd you know..."

His sentence trailed off, almost like he wasn't actually asking, just appreciating the gravity of her choice audibly, and Lisa almost seemed to radiate humor inside of his chest. Like she thought it was hilarious how completely right Castiel had been in his choice of the pink satin teddy.

Castiel stood on the carpet almost nervously, not knowing where he should go from here as Dean appraised him from the bed, a soft smile on his face. He slid off the comforter and padded towards Castiel in nothing but tight boxers and a t-shirt, and he felt arousal pulse deep within him. "Lis? You feeling shy? Everything okay?"

Castiel felt his eyes dropping to the floor when the green gaze tried to lock on his own—the emotion behind them too much for him to take. Dean took another step closer and furrowed his eyebrows, "Lisa? What's goin' on?" He stopped a few feet away from Castiel, seeming to be giving him space so that "Lisa" could work through whatever she was struggling to say.

Struggling hard.

There was something about looking into the hunter's usually-detached eyes under these circumstances...they were so soft. Loving. Needing. Wanting. They were everything Castiel saw in his dreams, so maybe that's all he needed to say. Maybe he didn't need to try and say things Lisa would say, maybe he could just be...him. "I...care about you very much, Dean. I...I've...I've missed you."

He felt Lisa smile inside them, and Dean's soft expression matched. "I've missed you too, Lisa. I've been right here, and somehow not here at all, huh?" He was still standing awkwardly a few feet away, obviously able to feel the confusion in the room.

Castiel nodded, feeling Lisa's agreement, but had no idea what to do next. He'd never...done this. He was frozen. Panicking. Thankfully, Lisa came to his rescue—her teasing thoughts extremely evident as she closed the distance between their bodies. "It's not your fault, baby. Now, kiss me like you mean it, Winchester."
