Today I had another meeting, this time it was an online video call rather than an in person one. It was a Tuesday so the kids were home for schooling which worked out well for me being that I  didn't have to rush around and make sure they had everything before taking them to school. Well, I still had to make sure they had everything but it just wasn't as much of a rush.

"Ashton! You've left your computer down here! It's on the dining table!" the boy had been looking for his computer for the past 12 minutes, only realizing it was missing 20 minutes before his first online meeting/class of the day. "Thanks mom!" was yelled as he dashed back up the stairs -towards the 4th floor where the kids at home school room was located- his computer in his arms. That boy always left things to the last minute and I couldn't help but think of his mom, Ziana as she did the same thing. Shaking my head, ridding myself of the bitter sweet memories, I continued what I was doing before which happened to be making breakfast. Today was pancakes and bacon- no eggs since none of liked them. I mean we'll still eat them if we have to but it's not like we actually  enjoy them- the texture of them is just down right awful! And the smell! Oh the smell is even more horrid! No- just no, gross.

So far I had made twelve pancakes, plus the two that were cooking in the pan. I still had half a bowl of batter to go, which should make another good six. Then I had cooked 28 pieces of bacon, plus the other 7 sizzling in the pan, splattering grease everywhere. And then there was the other 18 sitting on a plate, waiting to be cooked. It seems like a lot and it is but I've got four teenagers to feed- three of which are boys who can and will consume everything in sight, regardless of how full or sick they get. They are all also in various sports that need lots of energy. They are growing children and I'm a wrestler. Protein is key. "Shit! I've forgotten the fruit!" I yell, frustrated for forgetting. I quickly ran to the fridge and pulled out some apples, grapes, strawberries,   blueberries,  raspberries, cherries, cantaloupe, mangos and a watermelon. Setting them on the island, I race to flip the pancakes and then the bacon. Once they were flipped I quickly grabbed a cutting board, knife and a large bowl in which all the fruit could fit into afterwards.

I began by taking the pancakes off the pan and placing them on the plate containing on the other cooked pancakes. I poured more batter into the pan and the took of the bacon, replacing it with the raw bacon. Turning back around I washed my hands and began cutting up 2 of the mangos. After they were cutt I placed them in the bowl and turned around to flip the food on the stove then went back to chopping up the fruit. 18 minutes later all the fruit had been cut, thrown in the bowl, washed and placed inside of regular  sized bowls. The pancakes had been plated -four to a plate- topped with whip cream, strawberry and chocolate sauce and chocolate chips that formed a smiley face. I had also made them all smoothies- each their own flavour. Once I had checked 6 times to make sure they all had a fork, knife and a spoon I placed the bowls on the side of the plates and balanced the plates on my arms. Once they were carefully balanced, I grabbed the smoothie cups, holding the stems in between my fingers, palms facing upwards. I was determined to do this in one trip instead of 3.

Carefully making it towards and up the stairs, I gently knocked on the door using my foot to let my children know I was entering the school room. Although they were on zoom/Google meet (you can choose which one they are using) they still rushed to help me by each grabbing a plate and bowl. I followed them as they walked back to their desks, placing their drinks on the correct desks. For Kelly I made a mixed berry smoothie -strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries- Leo got a mango-peach smoothie, Ashton got a strawberry-banana and Robin got a strawberry-kiwi. They whisper thanked me and I left, leaving them to do their school work. Heading back down stairs, I grabbed my food and headed back up stairs but this time to the 3rd floor where my office was located.

I sat down at my desk and opened my laptop. I unlocked it and opened up to my emails where there was 38 un-read emails for me to read. In all honesty,  I was shocked at how many emails there were being that I go through them all everyday.  I clicked on the first email which was from WWE management. Sitting there in my office, at my desk reading emails and eating breakfast is where I spent the next couple hours leading up to the zoom call with everyone else. Occasionally I would migrate to the level above me to check in on my teens, see if they needed any help or a snack. Around lunch I got up and made everyone a sub with a side of some veggies and dip, I also grabbed them each a bottle of water. Around one in the afternoon,  I got up and left my house for my room so I could ready for the zoom call. In the end I was wearing a dark teal green shirt, with a blazer a shade darker, paired with a pair of jeans. My makeup was non-existent being that it would be covered by the mask I was going to be wearing. The mask was just a simple black one that covered every inch of my face. My hair was styled into a bun onto of my head with two strands hanging in the front, running parallel to my face.

By the time I was finished I had about 5 minutes till the meeting began so I quickly ran down two flights of stairs and into my office. I logged into my computer, went into my emails, retrieved the link and got into the meet. As I was joining so were others, everyone's faces constantly moving around my screen, appearing and disappearing.

~Time skip~

We had been on this meet for an hour, going over all the details for tour and backlash. Talking about what time we needed to arrive at on the day of backlash- and where to go. Tour locations and when the flights were. Where we would be staying, blah, blah, blah. It was a lot of information to consume and I was jotting down things constantly, missing things as stuff was being shared way too quickly but thankfully there was an email with all the info promised. I had asked a question and was currently talking with Triple H as he answered it, when we were interrupted. There was a sudden loud crash coming from my end, every that I could see had frozen. "What was that?" Zelina asked, concern etched across her face. "I'm-" I was cut off by another loud crash followed from a bang. "Guys!?" I called out to my kids. "Is everything alright?!" Silence. "One sec, I'll be right back" I say to everyone on the zoom meet. I reach over to the side of my desk and grab my bat before leaving my chair and heading upstairs. "Y'all alright?" I ask as I walk into the at home classroom. "Yeah, Ashton just got frustrated. " Kelly states, holding a hand to mess on the floor. Ashton was sitting infront his desk on the floor, a broken pot and some soil infront of him. Beside him was some school supplies and a hole puncher. The dishes from lunch are also there on the floor broken although I'm not angry about it. My guess was that he pushed everything off his desk in his fit of rage.

In that moment all I could do is smile sadly at the boy sat infront of me on the floor, faces wet from angry tears. "Did you take your meds today?" He slowly let's his head fall as he shakes it. I could tell he was disappointed in his self and I felt bad but he had no reason to be. We all forget sometimes. Reaching over him, I grab his water bottle and hold out my head to him, he reaches out and grabs it. Pulling him up off the floor, we walk downstairs to my office to take his pills. Pulling out the pill bottle, I grab two small pills and hand them to him, along with his water. I sit him down on the couch and walk back to sit at my desk. "Sorry about that... it was just a little accident." I look away from my screen and smile at Ashton who just looks at me glumly.
