The Story

And that was it, the story behind their marriage. If you had told anyone of them, when they first met, that they'd end up married, you would've probably made them laugh, and say something like, "No way! Never in a millions years!", Taylor would've probably went on and on about how much she despises Laura, and Laura about how rude Taylor is, we would've probably suffered an hour-long speech about how they wouldn't work, how they don't fit, and the reason why they aren't made for each other, but deep down, both of them knew this hatred they had was actually an act, a cover, they both knew they had feelings for each other, but chose to keep it up, since it was creating some kind of tension, and spiced things up.
Right now, they're both in their newly bought house, snuggled up in bed, discussing their first impressions, and even though they're happily married, and don't hide things from each other, they both seem deseperate to cover up the fact that they did in fact, love each other since day one. And it's probably for the best, they probably want to keep a nice memory of how it started, make it seem like.. their love was unexpected, and sudden, when in reality it was love at first sight, it was magical, it was instant sparks... which were manifested in a rather weird way. You could almost say that their relationship is or was, hypocritical, but I think, it's what makes them different, or at least gives them the impression of being different, and I wouldn't just go ahead and ruin that image for them, since it's the reason why they are together today.
How would you feel, if you knew you just met your true love? How would you react? Would you throw yourself in their arms right away? I think that they used their hatred as a cover up, to shield themselves from a love that they knew had the power to ruin them.
It's like, when you know you're starting a diet next week, so you eat all the junk food you can find, or like when you know you're going to spend the week studying, so you go out and enjoy your day. Their hatred was their last day out before finals week, or their last plate of french fries before their diet.
And I'm not comparing their love or married life to exams or diets as they are both unbearable.
Last week, Taylor brought up a stereotypical conversation, which could not have been avoided in anyway. She told Laura she wanted a kid, and knowing her wife she expected her to disagree with her decision, but in the end Laura agreed knowing it would make Taylor happy, and also since it has been her goal since she could remember. And I think that's what love is about, sacrifices. Having a kid is tiring, it means no sleep for like 3 years, and they need constant care and affection, Laura wouldn't have made that decision if it weren't for Taylor, she'd rather play poker or watch a UFC game, but she chose to sacrifice that, for Taylor.
In about 3 years, it would be their kid, little Lukas' 2nd birthday, and since kids don't have any friends at that age, Taylor and Laura would invite their friends over, and the entire Orange Is The New Black cast would show up, to celebrate the special occasion. Taylor would force everyone to record a message for Lukas that way he'll watch the video again on his 18th birthday.
Natasha would go on and on about how she shipped 'Laylor' since day one, and she helped save their relationship, and Laura would eventually stop her from telling their son embarrassing and rated R stories.
Uzo would talk about their relationship, and how much they love him, she'd also sing happy birthday at the end of the video.
The other cast members would also have a turn in wishing Lukas a happy birthday.
In the end they'd all make a video in which they sang and cheered.
A few years later, Lukas would be in fifth grade and Laura would now be coaching his baseball team, while Taylor would be applying to be the president of the parents committee at her son's school, despite Lukas' numerous attempts at trying to sabotage her campaign.
I would've went on about graduation and so on, but then it would never end, although I think you get the picture; they lived happily ever after.

Can't believe it's already the end, 40 chapters omg!
