Park Minji

As with most days, Minji's alarm went off at 4:45 am and she quickly shut it off to not disturb Eunbi. She moved to sit up but her sweet Chibi rolled over and rested his head on her chest. Sadly, a few head pats were all she could afford to give him this morning though, they had a full schedule ahead of them today.

Her legs swung over the edge of the bed and she almost immediately dove back under her covers. The two had left their bedroom window cracked to enjoy the fresh spring air but now as the briskness of it hit Minji's exposed legs, regret filled her. After sliding on her slippers Minji quickly shut the glass to ensure her roommate wouldn't suffer the same fate as her. 'wait... maybe I should leave it open for her... nah.' The leader shook off the devious thought.

4:50 am the clock read. She scurried to the kitchen to grab coffee before beginning to get ready in the bathroom. Normally Minji would start breakfast for everyone but today she decided they could have cereal or whatever. The day was already feeling too long. Although she felt better after talking to Eunbi and Katsu about what had happened, she had still been up much of the night worrying about what to do.

She met her own eyes in the mirror and studied herself. There were dark circles under her almond eyes from not sleeping and she looked slightly more pale than usual. Long black hair fell down her back, straight and gleaming, obviously well cared for. Her face was more round and her skin was more tan than the other girls. It made her self conscious when people would bring it up but for the most part she didn't mind it. Some fans even liked it, it played into her sweet innocence well.

Minji took her time washing her face, letting the cool water help wake her up. She was brushing her teeth when their sweet maknae joined her. Ayaka's eyes were barely open from sleepiness but she still managed to smile at Minji. "Ohayō Unnie." "Good morning Yashi." She ruffled the younger's hair affectionately. "We have a long schedule of mostly practice today so make sure you dress comfortably."

And the day definitely was long. So far it had been all dance practice and by the time they finally broke for lunch they were all feeling the way Chun Hua was acting. "I can't this time guys, I really can't." No one stopped wiping their sweat and chugging water at CH's dramatics. "I know I say this all the time but I really think they're trying to kill us now. How are we supposed to do more after lunch?!"

Sunhwa nodded along as she dropped down beside CH and used her own bag as a pillow. "You know we have English lessons after lunch. We'll get to sit for that." She kicked her dramatic friend lightly towards their stuff, "go pack up so we can eat, pabo. I'm starving!". Minji facepalmed before pointing at Eunbi. "You did this. They have dirty mouths because of you! Fix it. Leader's orders." She crossed her arms in front of her chest and pouted.

The second eldest looked at the younger girls who were in return, all looking at her with wide eyes. Eunbi narrowed her eyes sternly at them. "Ayachan, you're an angel, join Minji." The youngest immediately scrambled out of the line of fire. "You two. What did your leader say about your language." Chun Hua and Sunhwa looked at each other and then back at their elder. It was Sun who whispered,"...ˢʰᵉ ˢᵃᶦᵈ ᵗᵒ ᶜˡᵉᵃⁿ ᶦᵗ ᵘᵖ, ᵘⁿⁿᶦᵉ."

Eunbi nodded. "Correct. And what are you going to do from this moment forward." It was CH who answered this time. "ᵂᵉ'ʳᵉ ᵍᵒᶦⁿᵍ ᵗᵒ ᶜˡᵉᵃⁿ ᵘᵖ ᵒᵘʳ ˡᵃⁿᵍᵘᵃᵍᵉ, ᵘⁿⁿᶦᵉ." The elder nodded again. "You'd better. Let's grab lunch." Minji was once again grateful for her roommate... but then again, it was her who had taught them such a terrible habit.

Everyone finished packing up and headed to the cafeteria together; luckily, it didn't take long for their chatting and laughing to resume. Minji scanned the room as they entered, looking for a table to grab so they could all sit together. Being lunch time, the place was pretty packed. In her search, she locked eyes with her dearest Katsu. Smiles lit both of their faces. She saw her friend brush his bleached hair out of his face and stand. They met halfway, still grinning.
