4 years later, Nalin finally work under her papa hotel but she start from the bottom as promise and no one know about her relationship with her papa until she is really ready for it. Even though her father think that she can just do it based on her experience but 4 years is not enough for Nalin to suddenly sit on that chair.
Now, Nalin is only 26 years old and her journey is still long way to go. With her son is growing up and about her relationship with Wyatt is getting better. They started to date each other last year, when Wyatt asked Nalin to be his girlfriend during the family's dinner and Nalin said yes to it. Everyone is so happy about it, Ayan will getting marry end of this year while Narisa is getting engaged last month.
There's a lot of things happening for the past 4 years, we still stay at our parents house. Now daddy take over papa's cafe because he is busy with the hotel and mama help mummy with her bakery when there's a lot of order coming. Nalin still come the cafe whenever she have free time and still keep in touch with all the staff there.
Tomorrow is Nalin off day so she plan to go there as usual. Beside she already made promise to meet Wyatt there for lunch.
Wyatt just finished his work then his phone is ringing "yes Kay, what is it?" asked Wyatt "Wyatt, do you have time for this weekend?" "this weekend? I'm not sure why?" "our team want to meeting up because our junior team have the game" "i see, that's mean watch the game then go hang out for a bit..". Wyatt look at his schedule and he have nothing actually but he is on call "i got no schedule but i'm on call for whole week so i don't if i can go ir not actually".
"It's okay man, we can watch the game together and if you have to go then you can go because at least you already there right?" suggest Kay. Wyatt thinking for a moment before give his answer "alright then, i will be there and please invite me our team chat because i lost contact most of them" "nice, alright man don't worry i will invite you to our latest group chat" "alright then, see you at the game" "okay, bye" end the phone call then Wyatt text Nalin saying that he just finished and on his way.
Few hours later, Nalin arrived first and she take her seat while waiting for Wyatt "hai Nalin, lunch with Wyatt?" ask Ollie. Nalin smile and nod her head "yes, table for two please" Ollie smile "alright, i will give both of you the most private table for you guys" tease Ollie. Nalin hit Ollie arm "you really love to tease me like this...." Ollie laugh harder when he saw how shy Nalin got when he is teasing her. This is the reasons why he love to teasing her about Wyatt because Nalin look so cute when she is shy.
Nalin seat down and place her order for her and Wyatt while waiting for him to arrive. Few minutes later Wyatt is arrived, Wyatt look around to find Nalin then he saw Ollie smiling at him "there you are, she is at the back" say Ollie while smile brightly. Wyatt smile "thank you Ollie" he go to thier table and found Nalin is playing with her phone. Wyatt suddenly have an evil idea to surprise her "hai miss, you lool lonely sitting here can i join you?" say Wyatt.
Nalin didn't see the face of the voice that talked to her "i'm sorry, i have a kid and big family already" she show her family photos as evidence then she see it is Wyatt that flirting with her. Nalin is shocked and Wyatt is satisfied with his planned "awww, this is such a cute photos" say Wyatt. Nalin pinch Wyatt arm and he scream in pain "how darw you prank on me, i will tell Akira about this" Wyatt still laughing and hug Nalin to coax her back.
Wyatt look at Nalin face and smile "i'm sorry okay, love you and let's eat" Nalin smile back "okay, i already order our food is that okay for you?" "yeah sure, i'm really hungry right now". Then their food is served and they eat their lunch peacefully "i have a game to watch with my friends and i was thinking about telling them about our relationship" Nalin listen to Wyatt carefully "if you don't want it it's okay because this is about us not only me and i totally understand whatever your decision".
Nalin nod her head slowly and look at Wyatt nervous face. Nalin take Wyatt hand and hold it "i don't mind if you to tell your friends about it because i know how many times they been asking for that question before we officially together and i really appreciate it that you been so patiently waiting for me to be ready to say yes" "it's not fair that all my family and friends knows about you but no one at your side knows it right?" "i'm not selfish and shame about anything when i'm dating you, i like keeping it low key and i really appreciate it that you ask me first about this".
Wyatt smile and hold Nalin hand tighter "thank you, if you are ready someday i will introduce you to my friends" "okay, it's about time to announce that you belong to me and not single anymore...." Wyatt laugh "alright, don't worry you can claim your ownership anything you want" Nalin hit Wyatt hands "you naughty doctor, let's go you have work to do right" "alright, i will text you when i arrived" say Wyatt. They both hug each other at in front of Nalin's car before theybgo separate ways.
That weekend, as promised Wyatt go to watch the game with his friends and luckily he can stay there until the game is finished and even get to have dinner together but he didn't drink because he is on call. Everyone is there one by one "hey Wyatt, how are you man..." as one of their friends "good, you look great" "hey Barlowe, long time no see...." Wyatt smile "I'm bit busy" answer Wyatt "you look great for a doctor" "thanks, you look great too".
When all of their teammates is all there and take a seats they ready to cheers their drink "Barlowe, you didn't drink?" ask one of their teammates "i can't because i'm on call so i need to be ready at all the time" "it's okay, we understand that". The tewam leader stand up with the beer on his hand before starting his speech "dear my beloved team, thank you for coming tonight and i hope we will always stay close" "the reason why want all of you to be here is because i'm getting married......".
Everyone is go crazy with the announcement from their team leader "congratulations Danny" everyone said it to their leader. Danny smile shyly "everyone is invited, i want you all to be there" "our cap finally decided to settle down with his girlfriend...." say one of their teammates. After make the announcement, Daniel sit down and they start to cheers for it and one by one share about their life. There's engagement party, baby shower, baby gender reveal, have another job, travel and many more to celebrate.
Wyatt sitting there and enjoy listening to all thw story and then suddenly Daniel join in thw conversation "how about you Barlowe, any news to share?" ask Daniel "well, recently i got transferred to a different department and i like it" Daniel make a suspicious face "i see you post a photo with a cute boy in your Instagram, who is that boy?" "is he one of your patients?" "is he your niece?" "is he your cousin?" suddenly they all started to asking Wyatt one by one without letting Wyatt to answer the questions.
They all asked the question at the same time and then Wyatt hit his glass on yhe table to make everyone silence. When Wyatt hit his glass on the table everyone is quiet and look at Wyatt "thank you for being quiet, i trt to answer it but you didn't listen" Wyatt take a deep breath "that boy is my girlfriend son" Wyatt say it out loud and he feel so damn good to say it out loud and also feel so happy to finally get to use that 'girlfriend' word.
They all smile slowly and hug Wyatt "oh wow, congratulations Barlowe because you have someone that you love" say Daniel "thank you, Danny" "is she the samw oerson that you been see for the past few years ago?" ask Kayden "yes, we been together for a year now" "that's great Wyatt" say Kayden "do you have her picture for us to see it?" ask Daniel "yes, i can show it to you" Wyatt smile so brightly and take his phone out to search for it.
When he found it, he show it to Daniel and the rest of the team "wow, she is beautiful Barlowe" "thank you cap". The phone is arrive at Kayden and he take a look at the picture of Nalin smiling hugging Wyatt. His eyebrows frown, he couldn't believe his eyes "Wyatt, how did you to meet and what is her name?" ask Kayden "we meet at ice cream shop near to my parents house and her name is Nalin Arisa" answer Wyatt.
Kayden eyes is shaking when he heard the name "she is 2 years old younger than me" say Wyatt again "Wyatt, can i ask you something?" ask Kayden "yeah sure" "she looks familiar to me, did she go to our school before?" "yes, but just for awhile because her whole family is moving away later". Kayden heart is beating fast, his eyes still can't take off from Nalin picture. His heart feels so hurt, he can't believe that he get to see Nalin again.
Wyatt take his phone from Kayden and Kayden try to be more focus because the moment he saw that picture he became silent. Daniel tap Wyatt shoulder "Barlowe, don't forget to bring her to my wedding" say Daniel "yeah sure, but i need to discuss with her whether she is free or not" answer Wyatt. Daniel nod his head "alright, let's drink some more..." Daniel raise his glass and cheers it.
