Chapter 2 Part 1

Now all were quite silent about this great need from the Lord, but before they could decide, the Lord also mentions to everyone: “Now to where the 12 of you will go in each multiverse, it will be on earth, But once you accept this duty, you will no longer be an angel, but superhuman. Which means you'll still have your powers and supernatural powers. With those, you'll have immunities, abilities and a few other things to go with those.

Furthermore, you'll not be able to return to heaven until you are dead or killed.”

So, this was a difficult decision for the angels. Even King Ateam wasn't sure. Because they'll not only be protectors, they'll be living in the new world and no longer being angels that can't return to their beloved home until they're dead or killed.

So, there was no response from anyone for a moment until King Ateam shouts, "I'll do it!”

All the angels turn to him in shock, except the Lord. “If no one else will do it, then I'll be the one to defend and protect one of the universes and our people,” he says.

“But King Ateam"… Says Skyra, almost speechless to speak. “If you accept this duty, you may not return for a long time or at all.”

King Ateam turns to Skyra and says. “I know… but our people, the Lord's people, need us, we need to remind them of our Lord and His ways.

If none of us goes… then the world and the people will be doomed.”

Skyra understood this, but it was hard for her and the rest of the angels to say goodbye to their brother. Even though they can visit him spiritually, but only for a short time, due to the many tasks and jobs that they'll have to do.

So with a heavy heart, Skyra hugs King Ateam one last time and tells him to take good care of himself. King Ateam reassures her that he will, then he says his goodbyes to everyone as he slowly heads towards the Lord on His throne. Once there, the Lord then asks him, “Are you ready?”
