Shit Gets Real.

Tay wakes up to a phone call from Shy and she's crying . "Tay ?" Shy cried out . "Yeah , what's wrong ? " Tay replies . "My father is dying and it's hard . I can't deal with this alone . Can you come over ? " Shy said . "Yes , I'll be right over ." Tay said back . She gets up and throws on her clothes and leaves . Diamond is still sleep , 10 minutes later Tay pulls up in Shy's drive-way , hops out and runs to the door and knocked 2 times . Shy swings the door open and jumps into Tay's arms and cries . Tay walks in the house and closes the door behind her and then goes and sit on the couch . "Baby girl , tell me what's wrong .? " Tay whispered while wiping her tears away . " They said my father only has a few days left to live , he had another heart attack ." Shy cried out .
"Damn baby , I'm sorry to hear that . What can I do ? " Tay asked Shy
" Just come lay wit me and hold me and rub my back while I cry " Shy said .
Tay picks her up and carries her into her bedroom and lays her down gently . Tay lays down beside her . " Come snuggle up beside me babe , it's going to be alright , leave it in gods hands baby girl " Tay whispers while rubbing her back . Shy starts to cry harder and then she asks Tay can they pray and Tay starts the prayer " Dear God , we come to you today to ask you to help Shy's father through this . Wrap your hands around him and make him well again in Jesus name we pray , Amen" They lay there , Tay softly sings in Shy's ear and shy drifts off to sleep . Tay kisses her on the forehead and lays there looking out the window . A few moments later Tay gets a text from Trina .

Trina: where you at ?
Tay:With a friend . Wassup ?
Trina: I want you to come through and be wit me .
Tay: My friend is going through something right now . And she needs me , when I'm done in about 15 or 20 minutes I'll come over . Alright ?
Trina: I hope everything's okay babe . Text me when you're on your way .

Shy starts to whimper in her sleep and Tay pulls her closer and whisper in her ear "It's alright baby" and Shy drifts off to sleep again . Tay gets a phone call from her mother

Tay's mom: Hey where are you ?
Tay: With Shy . Wassup mom .?
Tay's mom: How is she ?
Tay: She's fine . She's sleeping right now .
Tay's mom: Mmm . How's your club and other businesses going ? Bringing in money ?
Tay: Yes mom .
Tay's mom: Let me hold a few .
Tay: I knew it . (Laughing) I just brought you a car . 2015 mom . But how much do you need .?
Tay's mom: Well ... I got pulled over and I have to pay 150 downtown.
Tay: Oh that's fine I got you . I'll bring it to you after I'm done wit Shy .
Tay's mom: Alright . I love you
Tay: I love you too mom

Shy slowly wakes up . "Hey baby ." Tay says softly . " Hey ." Shy replies . "How are you feeling ?" Tay asked her . "I'm fine . I'm happy to wake up to your face ." Shy said back "Awe baby " Tay says back while giving her a kiss . Shy sits up and looks at Tay and doesn't say anything . "Wassup ? " Tay said .
" Nothing babe nothing " Shy said softly . I have to go in a minute . My mom needs to pay her ticket . She got pulled over and needs to be taken downtown . Just then Tay phones ring and it's her mom . "This is her now" Tay said . Tay doesn't answer it she gets up and puts on her shoes and heads for the door , Shy follows behind her . "Baby I don't want you to go ." Shy said with her bottom lip out . " You wanna come .? I have to take her downtown ." Tay replies . "Yeah ! " Shy said happily.
Shy puts on her shoes and grabs her phone and house key and they leave . On her way to pick up her mom Tay's phone and it's Trina. Tay hurried and ignored the call . "Who is Trina ?" Shy asked
"A high school friend" Tay quickly replied .
Tay pulls up at her moms house , Shy gets in the back and let's Tay's mom get in the front .

Tay's mom: Hey baby , hey Shy .
Shy: Hey mom .
Tay's mom: How are you ?
Shy: I'm fine , thanks . How are you ?
Tay's mom: Tired as hell and ready to party at the same time .
Tay: Really mom ?
Shy:Leave her alone .
Tay's mom: Right . I'm grown .
Tay: Alright mom .

They pull up at the police station . Tay's mom gets out and walks inside the place to pay her ticket . 10 minutes later she comes out and gets in the car . Tay drops off her mom and Tay and Shy go back to Shy's house .

Shy: Stay with me Tay .
Tay:Stay with you ?
Shy: Yes , stay with me .
Tay: Alright .
Shy: Yay . I've missed having you in my bed .
Tay: Oh yeah ?
Shy: Yeah

Shy gives Tay a kiss and they go inside and lay down and watch Netflix . They cuddle and watch Bates Motel . 10 minutes Into the episode Tay gets a Trina .

Trina: I thought you were coming over . What happen ?
Tay: I was with my mom .
Trina: Come over now .
Tay: I can't . I'm with my friend still .
Trina: Alright Tay .

Shy falls asleep and shorty after Tay drifts off but she's shortly waken up by a text but it was on her own phone , it was Shy's phone . Tay grabs her phone and reads the text .
" Jr😏😍"
"Hey baby girl , how are you doing ? I hope your father is doing better . I'm keeping him in my prayers . Text me when you get this . I love you baby😘"
Tay rereads the texts then she looks at Shy . Tay slides out of the bed and leaves .
