The police tell you and SR to wait in the cabin while they try to recover the CCTV footage. Both of you are concerned thinking that any of you might be the next victim. You look at SR and tell him that it's kinda weird how the police didn't suspect any of us.
(SR sits down) "Stop... you're terrifying me rn. Why would they suspect us when we haven't done anything? Calm down dude"
"I don't know I just think it's weird. Maybe we could have done that. And we got reasons too..."
(Facepalms) "Ugh can you just keep quiet? Don't start this thing in the police station. If they haven't suspected us yet then they will now..."
(y/n smirks and smiles)
(The police team gathers in the hall.)
The police got the footage. Although it's very short and glitched at some clips but they still figured it out . The police find out that the camera was working fine till 4:30 am and was destroyed afterwards. The footage before 4:30 am shows that all three of the boys were completely fine and were getting ready to go home.
On the other hand, the camera down the street captured something that might give them the lead. It captured a person wearing a hood and was completely covered in clothes so none of his skin was showing. According to the police, the height of the suspect was around 5'7" and 5'9". On the same street there was a medical store. Police 1 remembers that the drug/poison used for the killings were bought from the medical store.
One team of the cops immediately goes to the medical store for inquiry. Police 1 asks if anyone has bought the drug "Teiracosva Nikosis" recently from this store. The owner replies that one person came the day before at around 11:45 pm and bought the drug. He couldn't tell if it was a guy or a girl cause he had his face covered with a bandana and glasses and wore a hood. It was late night so he didn't notice the person and sold the drug.
The police aren't able to come to a conclusion so they go back to the station to record and analyse the statement of y/n and SR thoroughly.
