THE DOOR suddenly slams open, and you both instantly separate, your lips failing to meet contact.
the school nurse widens his eyes before quickly relaxing them as he closes the door behind him. "ay, ms. [l/n] and mr. raiden," he calmly says with a suave voice, setting his clipboard on a table. "you're both awake. had a good sleep?"
you smile, nodding at him as scaramouche rolls his eyes at the sudden kindness. "mhm! thank you, nurse baizhu," you exclaim, standing up to pay your respects to the green-headed man.
nurse baizhu tiredly laughs, shaking his head. "no need to thank me, ms. [l/n]," he chuckles, before switching his gaze to the indigo-headed man, who was standing beside you. "actually, you should be thanking mr. raiden for carrying you here instead."
you blink in confusion as you tilt your head toward the said man, who's eyes were dilated, glaring at the nurse. "you did?" you gasp as an excited grin widens on your face. he stays silent, staring at you with a small hint of redness tinting his cheeks. you quickly wrap your arms around him, hanging onto his neck. "aw, thank you, thank you!" you squeal, his sounds of choking going through one ear and out the other.
he grimaces, widening his eyes. "okay, okay! Just, let go! you're choking me," he coughs, patting your back. though, you don't listen and continue suffocating him. he huffs, narrowing his eyes at nurse biazhu, who winks at him with an amused smile.
